In this study, technology of head space air circulation to collect gas be used to collect the volatiles from Rlc. Ports of Paradis "3G " and Rlc King of Taiwan ’Ta Shin#1’ at different time periods throughout the day and different flowering time during the release process. Qualitative analysis were made to their volatiles by ATD-GC/MS. Quantitative analysis were made to their volatiles by peak area normalization method. Combined with access to relevant literature to identify the two volatiles in the aroma of the overall contribution of larger compound component, Finally the results as well as domesticand foreign reports on two applications to speculate. The conclusion can be made that the volatiles from Rlc. Ports of Paradis"3G"and Rhyncholaeliocattleya King of Taiwan ’Ta Shin#1’ at different time periods throughout the day and different flowering time are changing. volatiles of Rlc. Ports of Paradis "3G" in the day changes relatively insignificant, as well as relative content of each component. Obvious change in the relative content of different flowering volatiles species, as well as components. The conclusion can be made that1,3,6-Octatriene,3,7-dimethyl-,1,6-Octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl-, Phenylethylalcohol,.Alpha.-pinene,.Beta.-myrcene,6-Octenal,3,7-dimethyl-,(R)-, Octanal et make more contribution through comprehensive analysis. The volatiles from King of Taiwan ’Ta Shin#1’ in the day changes relatively insignificant,as well as relativecontent of each component. Obvious change in the relative content of different flowering volatiles species, as well as components. The conclusion can be made that monene,.Alpha.-pinene, Beta.-myrcene, Methyl salicylate, Nonanal, Decanal et make1,3,6-Octatriene,3,7-dimethyl-, Benzaldehyde, D-Limore contribution through comprehensive analysis. It can be seen through the analysis of two varieties Cartland, former component species of different flowering compounds relative to the latter change, the relatively disorderly, which compounds types of neat.
