| With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, especially with the usage of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) in the field of agricultural machinery, 3D CAD modeling techniques have gradually become the main design method. For most of the agricultural machinery production and processing factory, the 3D design only in the initial stage to determine the program. it is difficult to modify the size and in favor of 2D drawing, it is relatively isolated to design and producing. In the application of CNC machining, it is a design-write a program-process. Even though the common parts, it is entirely by hand to complete the change from 3D to 2D drawings. In the sales phase, sales do the simple parts provisional assembly according to the 2D drawings which are too complex to the non-professional person and it is hard to distinguish the assembly relationship which resulting in unnecessary difficulties.Combined with the modern actual situation of the current factory, carried with the key components of the farmland scavenging leveling machine, based on the consolidated database of Pro/E softwear, object to the different needs of production lines, we explore the usage of the digital design to the product design, the parts production manufacturing and the finished products assembly process.Parts design in Pro/E are often used in virtual assembly in interference checking, simulation, analysis, and the other operations and are unclear expression or non-standard of the part details. On this basis, we reset the part modeling template file by adding some parameters such as number material, using program relationship to control part parameters, achive the simply parts process, easy to modify part size, while making parameterized automatically generate drawings.The 2D drawings changed by 3D models created in Pro/E can not directly guide the production, need to import into CAD to do a series complicated settings. By design of drawing frame and standardization title bar on the pattern configuration file to meet the national standard, the 2D drawings changing from 3D can be directly used to guide the production. By seting the schedule of assembly drawings automatically generate rigional parameters, the name, material, quantity,ect.of the various parts of the assembly schedule of the consolidated database can be automatically generated which making drawings expression more accurate and convenient than manually drawn. By reseting the location and the decomposition line of the exploded diagram in Pro/E assembly and marking the note ball icon to the 3D exploded drawing in 2D drawing and generating product schedules automatically, provide a straightforward 3D guidance to the workers in assmbly. |
