The remediation of Stremptomyces roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 against continuous cropping barriers of tomato was tested in this paper. Men-myco-93-63 colonization in the soil and its plant growth-promoting function were studied first, and then the bio-mechanism of Men-myco-93-63 was investigated, including changes of the structure and number of microbes in soil, the degradation of phenolic acids in soil, the decline of soil-borne pathogens, and changes of physical and chemical properties of the soil. Through the field experiments, the proper dose and application method of solid and liquid fermentation of Men-myco-93-63 were developed. The main results were listed as following:1. In order to develop the antibiotics marker of S. roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63, eight kinds of antibiotics or microbicides were tested for drug-resistant markers, such as procymidone, carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl, rifabutin, penicillin, streptomycin, tylosin, potessium, and dichromate potassium. The result shows that potessium dichromate potassium with the concentration of 0.06 g/L and penicillin with the concentration of 0.20 g/L are fit for detecting. Using the antibiotic marker and the sequence analysis of 16S rDNA, the ability of colonization of Men-myco-93-63 around the tomato rhizosphere was evaluated. Men-myco-93-63 can colonize around the tomato rhizosphere. The amount of colonization reached the peak at the 15th day after inoculation, and then declined steeply. And there were no Men-myco-93-63 detected 30 days after inoculation. Moreover, it was found that Men-myco-93-63 had promoting effect on the growth of root and stem of tomato if Men-myco-93-63 solid fermentation was mixed with soil in proportion.2. The categories and contents of phenolic compounds in greenhouse continuous cropping soil and their effects on the growth of tomato seedlings were studied. The results revealed that with the increasing year of continuous tomato cropping, soil p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, and ferulic acid accumulated gradually. The total amount of the three phenolic compounds reached 16.08 mg/kg dry soil after 10 years cropping, while it was only 10.50 mg/kg after 5 years cropping. In the experiment, three phenolic acids were used to carry on seed and seedling of tomato, and the effects of the nutrition growth and some physiological targets were investigated. The results showed they suppress seed’s germination, reduce the matter to accumulate, suppress root system growth, and reduce the root system vigor and the chlorophyll content. The tolerance of strain Men-myco-93-63 to three kinds of plenolic acids is very strong. It indicates that the degradation rates of p-hydrobenozic acid, vanillic acid, and ferulic acid were 7.00 %, 6.38 %, and 6.61 %, respectively. Men-myco-93-63 strains liquid fermentation can ease the inhibitory effect of phenolic compounds in greenhouse continuous cropping soil.3. Through the pot experiment, the remediation of S. roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 in continuous cropping was stuied. The results showed that total population of tomato rhizosphere microbes increased remarkably after applying S. roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63. Compared with the control, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes had a drastic variation. The number of fungi and fusarium increased slightly. Therefore, S. roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 could increase soil microbial diversity and adjust community structure of soil microorganism. In the process of plant growth, it eased plants cropping obstacles symptoms. In the greenhouse test, the results showed that Men-myco-93-63 was effective against tomato continuous cropping obstacle and promoted the ability of anti-fungi. Men-myco-93-63 different fermentations on tomato growth have promoting effection, the fermentation liquid treatment on continuous cropping obstacle prevention rate reached 26.36%, solid state fermentation on continuous cropping obstacle prevention and cure rate of 47.37%. In the greenhouse experiment, fermentation with different dosage on growth of tomato plants effection has apparent difference, Men-myco-93-63 fermentation liquid diluted 40 times, plant stem diameter average reached 1.56 cm, average of plant height of 95.06 cm. Application of 367 kg/mu of solid state fermentation, plant stem diameter average reached 1.54 cm, average value of plant height of 94.25 cm, while the control group of plant stem diameter average of 1.34 cm, average of plant height of 82.38 cm.The control effect of these against tomato continuous cropping obstacle reached up to 44.11 % and 51.97 %, that were better than the other treatments.
