Since the1980s, in the crop production, in order to improve crop yield, the application of inorganic fertilizer has been increased significantly year by year, and the continuous cropping has been more and more common in the agricultural production, which results in the marginal effect of fertilizer decreased significantly in recent years, and sometimes even not only can not increase the output, but also caused the deterioration of soil properties, serious soil-borne diseases and environmental pollution problems, brings the phenomenon of the continuous cropping obstacle, such as the poor growth of crop, a large area susceptible cropping phenomenon.With the aims to improve the soil microbial physical and chemical damage which caused by the large number of inorganic fertilizer application, ease the continuous cropping obstacle, the new formulations of organic fertilizer was concerned more and nore. In this study, compounded the turf, silkworm excrement and fermentation waste (yeast, monosodium glutamate), then obtained five different formulations of organic fertilizer, compared the effects of soil properties and microbial structure, yield and quality of pepper by using these five different formulations of organic fertilizer and the inorganic fertilizer. The results showed that:most of the formulations of organic fertilizer could improve crop rhizosphere soil microbial diversity and crop quality significantly. SYM (silkworm excrement and yeast fermentation waste mixture) is the best formulation:compared with the inorganic fertilizer, the survival rate was improved for27.5%, the contents of eapsaicin pepper and vitamin C were increased, the population and diversity of soil microbe were also increased. Meanwhile, isolated two pathogen fungi (Fusarium solani), which caused damping-off disease of pepper, named as FS.X and FS.C. Then, screened ten antagonistic bacteria strains, of which Bacillus subtilis BZL8has the strongest and the most broad spectrum antibacterial effect. The study demonstrated that the antagonistic substances including volatile substances, protein and lipopeptide and the effect of lipopeptide was stronger than protein, In order to enhance the expression of the lipopeptide. by the initial optimization, medium5(corn Hour:20g/I. soybean powder:20g/1.: ryptone:16g/L and NaC1:2g/L) was the most optimum and lowcoat one for lipopeptide secreting.
