Research On The Amending Of Continuous Cropping Obstacle Soils And Its Mechanism With Special Microbial Fertilizer

In recent years, the horticulture facilities in China have been developed very fastand the cultivation squares have been increased year by year. Different facility types,production modes and technology systems have been used in different areas. More andmore pesticide and fertilizer have been used for more economic profits. That is causingthe soil eco-environment deterioration and the decreased of the crop yield and quality,leading to serious continuous cropping obstacles. Pot culture experiments were carriedout to explore the amending of continuous cropping obstacle soils and its mechanismwith special microbial fertilizer.The results obtained are listed as follows.(1) With the degree of continuous cropping obstacles increased, the contents of soilorganic matter, rapidly available phosphorus and potassium increased and thendecreased, while the content of total nitrogen decreased all the time. After application ofspecial microbial fertilizer, the contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, rapidlyavailable phosphorus and potassium increased.(2) With the degree of continuous cropping obstacles increased, plants biomass,chlorophyll content and root vigor decreased, while MDA content and relativeconductivity increased. After application of special microbial fertilizer, plants biomass,chlorophyll content, root activities and the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassiumin the plants increased significantly while MDA content and relative electricalconductivity decreased significantly.(3) With the degree of continuous cropping obstacles increased, the SOD activityand MDA content of leaves, relative conductivity increased, the POD and CATactivities of leaves increased and then decreased, while chlorophyll content of leavesand root vigor decreased. After application of special microbial fertilizer, MDA content and relative conductivity decreased, while the SOD, POD, CAT activities of plantsleaves, chlorophyll content and root vigor increased significantly.(4) With the degree of continuous cropping obstacles increased, the amouts ofbacteria and actinomycetes decreased significantly, while fungi increased significantlyin rhizosphere soil. After application of special microbial fertilizer, the amouts ofbacteria and actinomycetes increased significantly, while the amouts of fungi decreasedsignificantly in rhizosphere soil. The results of PCR-DGGE showed that specialmicrobial fertilizer could enlarge soil microbial species in rhizosphere soil and improvethe diversity of microbial fiora.(5) Different amounts of specific microbial fertilizer have different effect onalleviating the continuous cropping obstacles. From the analysis of my research, aconclusion could be drawn that the amounts of special microbial fertilizer is2%morereasonable.
