| With the continuous development of our country agriculture science and technology, developing modern intelligent greenhouse vigorously has very important significance for agriculture development. Greenhouse environment parameters by monitored effectively are important reference for greenhouse environment control and plant growth. Power line communication is a kind of communication technology for transmission data accurately and stably.In this paper,we designed a set of greenhouse monitoring system based on power line communication. The main work includes the following points:(1) Design the power line carrier terminal hardware.The hardware system includes microcomputer system,power line carrier communication,signal acquisition and processing,LED display,RS485 communication,etc.module. Microcomputer system is the core control and processing module, implement the data processing,control and etc. function. Signal acquisition and processing module includes the temperature,humidity and light sensor,achieve acquisition greenhouse temperature,humidity and light data and the processing the data.The circuit of power line carrier achieves to send and receive data. LED display achieves the data realtime display. RS485 communication module implement serial communication with PC.(2) Design the power line carrier terminal software.We design each modularity programming by the Keil C51 software development tools. Implemening the signal acquisition and processing,power Line Communication,LED display,RS485 communication,etc.function.(3) Design the software for greenhouse monitoring system. Monitoring software adopts Visual Basic development environment for designing the system interface,includes parts of serial communication,data storage,data real time displaying, curve drawing, real time display etc..It has functions about the real-time display of accurate greenhouse temperature,humidity and light data. Achieving data storage,data real time displaying,curve drawing and so on.(4) Field test and operation the power line communication greenhouse monitoring system.Testing the monitoring system in a greenhouse on site.The system terminal can accurately collect the greenhouse environment data, and can accurately transmit data to the master node by the way of the power line carrier communication.The master node can accurately transmit the data to PC.PC monitoring software monitor greenhouse environment in time.The test result attests that the system is rather stable, which achieve power line communication monitor for greenhouse environment parameters. |
