With the large-scale development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry in China,a large amount of manure produced by livestock and poultry has caused serious environmental pollution.Livestock and poultry manure has the characteristics of large discharge,serious harm and widespread.It also has bad effects on air,water and soil.Studies have shown that livestock manure can be used as the base material for black soldier fly breeding,which can degrade faeces and reduce the accumulation of faeces,while obtaining larvae protein feed.The promotion of black soldier fly breeding can accelerate the realization of the treatment of manure livestock and poultry,and the condition of the black soldier fly breeding environment directly affects the survival rate and conversion rate of black soldier fly,so the monitoring of the black soldier fly breeding environment is particularly important.However,the monitoring of the black soldier fly breeding environment currently faces many problems,such as the difficulty of artificially measuring environmental data,low accuracy,poor real-time performance,and the inability to learn and deal with unexpected conditions in the first instance.Accordingly,this paper analyzes the design requirements for environmental monitoring of black soldier fly in detail,and designs an intelligent environmental monitoring system for black soldier fly based on the Internet of Things technology.The system is mainly composed of the upper computer monitoring terminal and lower computer acquisition system.It mainly realizes the functions of monitoring and control.Monitoring includes collection,reception,display and storage of environmental data and video information.The control is divided into automatic and manual.In the automatic mode,when an abnormal situation occurs in the environment,the system activates an alarm mechanism and automatically turns on related equipment to regulate the environment.In the manual mode,the user clicks the button on the interface to trigger the upper computer to send control instructions to the lower computer,thereby realizing the switch operation of the device.This article focuses on the design and implementation of the upper computer monitoring terminal.The system uses C#language to design and implement the main functional modules of the system based on the.NET Framework 4 platform.For the video surveillance module,it is completed based on the related class libraries in the AForge.NET framework.The interface of the upper computer is designed based on the WinForms form control set and IrisSkin interface enhancement component package,and the interface is friendly,beautiful,and operable.At the same time,the upper computer realizes serial communication based on the Modbus RTU protocol and socket communication based on the Modbus TCP/IP protocol,which can perform stable and continuous data transmission with the lower computer.And use ADO.NET technology to connect to the SQL Server 2012 database,aiming to store and manage the environmental data collected.Through automatic control strategy and alarm mechanism,intelligent environment monitoring of multiple areas of multiple black soldier fly breeding units can be realized.After long-term testing,the intelligent monitoring system for black soldier fly breeding environment can achieve the expected functions,and the stability and real-time performance of the system meet the expected standards.At the same time,the system can reset the types of environmental parameters,threshold ranges,etc.according to the different environmental needs of different objects.The system can be applied to the environmental monitoring of other objects to maximize utilization after making some inprovements.
