This paper discusses the single specific construction process of all kinds of slope protection technologies and artificial consumption quotas, material consumption quotas and mechanical usage quotas in each construction process. The methods involved are technological measurement, statistics analysis, comparative analogy, experience estimation, test method, theoretical calculation method, prepare the proper construction conditions, determine machinery productive efficientcy while working, determine the utilization factor of mechanical working time as well as combining the machinery production quotas. Through analysis, the construction quota level of construction project damaged slope protection forest land of technique system is preliminarily determined. The results are as follows:①Some slope protection technologies with lowest investment and involved no mechanical construction. They are vines vegetation protection technology, seedling transplantation slope protection technology, wire stone cage slope protection technology, pine piles vegetation slope protection technology, the lawn nursery strip (plant life blanket) slope greening protection technology, vegetation slope greening bag protection technology, vertical greening technology and rock vetiver grass slope greening fences protection technology.②For production unit of qualified products, or to complete the same construction process, QiShi slurry retaining wall construction process protection technology is of largest amount of artificial work, most time-consuming, Laborious,large investment.③Concrete combination frame slope protection technology has the same construction quota level as prefabricated concrete hollow bricks vegetation slope protection technology.④The construction quota level of hydraulic spray slope greening protection technology, mixly spray slope greening protection technology and organic matter (thick layer base material) spray slope greening protection technology have significance difference because of the thickness of ejecta formed on the slope.
