This paper did research on Sophora alopecuroides L., experiment to determine the level and result of allelopathy, and studied the alkaloid content changes in Sophora alopecuroides L., then comparisoned the Sophora alopecuroides L. community and the non-Sophora alopecuroides L. community in order to validate the results. In the experiment of allelopathy, the result showed that Sophora alopecuroides L. had strong inhibition effect to vegetable seeds, forage seeds, grain seeds. In0.025g/ml concentration, seed start to show inhibition effect, germination rate began to decrease. As the Sophora alopecuroides L. solution concentration increasing, plant seeds received inhibition is more and more strong. The allelopathy effect to different kinds of seed had different intensity:forage seeds> grain seeds> vegetable seeds; the allelopathy effect to different size of seed had different intensity:big plant seeds less affected by allelopathy. As analysed, total alkaloid is mainly distributed in the leaves (6.82%) and seed (8.31%).The sample plot investigation experiment showed that Sophora alopecuroides L. sample line has less kinds of plant than non-Sophora alopecuroides L. sample line, and Sophora alopecuroides L. sample line the diversity indices of Sophora alopecuroides L. sample line(D=7.671H=2.361) are lower than non-Sophora alopecuroides L. sample line(D=8.065H=2.495), The conclusion is consistent with the experimental result. The above results all showed that the allelopathic substance of Sophora alopecuroides L. released by leaves and Dead plants fall into soil, and the allelopathy effect of Sophora alopecuroides L. has strong inhibition effect to other kinds of plant seeds in order to keep the advantage.
