As an important part of biopesticide, botanical pesticide has many advantages such ashigh activity to pest, safe to non-target organisms, easy to be degradated, etc. So theapplication of botanical pesticide is regarded as an effective measure of biological control.Botanical aphidicides have become a hot spot in the research and development of botanicalpesticides.This study mainly focused on screening on aphidicidal active of9botanical compounds,We also did some experiments on the synergistic interactions of active compounds and thedevelopment of environment-friendly emulsion. The main results are as follows:1、Nicotine, total alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroides L. and Terpinen-4-ol had highaphidicidal activities against Aphis craccivora Koch, using the contact application.2、Using sarisan as an synergist, the combination of sarisan and nicotine had highsynergism and the cooperative virulence index (c·f) was28.33.3、2in3botanical compounds (Nicotine、total alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroides L.、Terpinen-4-ol) were combined. The mixture of Nicotine and total alkaloids from Sophoraalopecuroides L. had coordinate synergism, the c·f was37. Thus, the optiumum ratio ofcombinations were40:3by qualitative analysis of co-toxicity coefficient, and CTC value was185.82.4、 Based on the optimum ratios of Nicotine and total alkaloids from Sophoraalopecuroides L., we developed N·TA15.7%EC and NO·TA25%EC, and both of themfitted pesticide products quality standards.5、 N·TA15.7%EC and NO·TA25%EC were tested in fields against Macrosiphumrosirvorum and Myzus persicae. The results indicated that they had high aphicidal activity,and the effect were about80%in times within7days.
