Grassland ecosystem support and maintenance the ecological environment people to survival of, and offer the human being sorts of animal by-products, therefore, ecosystem services improve the income of local government and herdsmen’s living standards. However, because of the irrational use of grassland like overgrazing, grassland degradation and desertification began to emerge, and lead to a series of disasters including soil erosion and dust storms. Among these problems, the most acute contradiction of current grassland using and managing must between livestock supply services and sand-fixing. This paper analysis the two ecosystem services to trade-off the conflicts, and to realize the sustainable development and utilization of grassland ecosystem.This paper focuses on fixing the interrelated factors of livestock products supply services and sand-fixing, and valuation the two ecosystem services respectively to get the optimal combination of the value analysis. In order to build the quantitative trade-off model between livestock supply service and sand-fixing in Zhenglanqi, this paper use elevation model, land use type map, distribution of vegetation type map,the national economy statistic yearbook and other data. Using ArcGIS, EXCEL and other software to extract the study region of space and basic characteristics, and analysis the characteristics to classified all the information. Using C++programming language recursive compare computational model to calculate two different scenarios under the assumption of the function of the magnitude of value of ecosystem services, and summarize the scientific and rational allocation of biomass use and grassland use patterns.The results showed:appropriate grazing on the grassland play a promoting role to sand-fixing; composite of typical steppe grassland, wetland meadow and hilly wetland prairie can afford a great stocking rate, and also has a good sand-fixing ability; the hilly typical plains grassland in the typical steppe and sand dunes of sand-fixing value significantly greater than the value of livestock products supply, therefore, it should be moderate to choose the development and utilization.
