Biological pesticide is a class of pesticide formulation, it can prevent and control pests, pathogens, weeds, nematodes, rodents and other harmful organisms, it can be got by living organisms, their metabolites, or biomimetic synthesis method,it has specificity.Plant growth regulators are an important kind of biological pesticides can be made by artificial synthesis, it have the natural plant hormone activity and play an important role in regulating the growth and development of plant.Surfactant has very strong surface activity, it is a kind of material can reduce the surface tension of liquid surface. When spraying plant growth regulators on crops, it can add some surfactant in order to promoting the leaves adsorb and absorb liquid medicine more effectively and this method has important significance for the development of agriculture.In order to studying the penetration and absorption of gibberellin (GA3), we used Diethyl sebacate(DES), Diethyl suberate(DESU) and Tributyl phosphate(TBP) as surfactant, soybeam peanuts and cuticle membrance of apple got by enzyme separation technology as materials. The main results were as follows:(1) After spraying the solution of GA3containing surfactant on soybean, the content of GA3in leaves of soybean was more than the content in leaves spraying the solution of only GA3(CK1). TBP、DES and DESU’s effect was best when their respectively concentration was60mg/L、120mg/L、200mg/L and the content of GA3was2.4times、1.3times and1.8times more than CK1;(2) After spraying the solution of GA3containing surfactant on peanut, the content of GA3in leaves of peanut was more than the content in leaves spraying the solution of only GA3(CK1). TBP、DES and DESU’s effect was best when their respectively concentration was60mg/L、80mg/L、100mg/L and the content of GA3was2.7times、1.5times and2.1times more than CK1;(3) The cuticle’s absorption to GA3had increased after adding the surfactant compared to blank control (CK0), TBP、DES and DESU’s effect was best when their respectively concentration was80mg/L、80mg/L、100mg/L and the content of GA3 was1.12times、1.16times and1.05times more than CK0;(4)The degree of promoting the absorption of GA3was different and TBP’s effect was best;(5) When spraying the same surfactant on different crops, the degree of promoting the absorption of GA3was different;(6) When the surfactant’s concentration was different, the degree of promoting the absorption of GA3was different.
