| Economic take-off requires energy as basic, mining is the largest proportion of kinds of energy. However, the backward early mining methods and weak concept of protecting the environment, result in the eco-environmental destruction, such as land pressure and subsidence, vegetation destroyed, poor land productivity, soil organic carbon reserves declining, and increased greenhouse gas emissions. Since land reclamation introduced in1988, mine reclamation become an effective means of reshaping the ecological environment in mining, waste land can be restored to become the land can be used by reclaimed mining.This paper studies the effect of fertilizer and land utilizing on soil dioxide emissions and organic carbon storage in two kinds of reclaimed techniques, providing theoretical support for the mine reclamation soil carbon cycle work. The results are as follows:1The effect on soil respiration in two kinds of reclaimed techniques manifested:topsoil stripping resulted in a relative high soil respiration rate than mixed pushing in the initial stage of reclamation, but the difference between two kinds of reclaimed techniques decreases with then time of reclamation goes on; In addition, mixed pushing resulted in a significantly higher Q10values of soil respiration than topsoil stripping did, which means soil respiration by mixed pushing is more sensitive to temperature change, so climate warming will increase the soil CO2emissions. On the contrary soil respiration by topsoil stripping is less sensitive to temperature change, conducive to soil carbon sequestration.2The effect of fertilizer and land utilizing on soil respiration manifested: There are obvious difference on soil respiration between difference fertilizer treatment, combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers has the best effects on respiration and yield, but the inorganic fertilization on soil respiration is not obvious; Difference land utilizing show difference effect on soil respiration. The soil respiration in bare land and abandoned land is higher, and the biomass of corn using is highest, so corn using is more conducive to the mine soil carbon sequestration.3The effect of fertilizer and land utilizing on soil respiration manifested: The correlation between soil respiration and temperature is better, the correlation coefficients were0.9247and0.7589respectively in stripping topsoil and mixed pushing, which showed a significant positive correlation.On the contrary, The correlation between soil respiration and moisture is poor, the correlation coefficients were0.2145and0.1304respectively in stripping topsoil and mixed pushing, when soil moisture is not a limiting factor, soil respiration changes with the soil temperature of10cm, which reached the highest respiration near the highest temperature point and reached the minimum respiration near the lowest temperature point, and shows a obvious single peak curve. There are many factors effected the soil respiration seasonal, which included soil temperature, moisture, and plant root growth situation.4Soil organic carbon and soil respiration have the same trends. The effect on soil organic carbon of different reclaimed techniques is difference. Topsoil stripping have better effect on the recovery of soil organic carbon, and mixed pushing may lead to the decline of soil organic carbon within a short time. Studies show that topsoil stripping resulted in a relative high soil organic and carbon-nitrogen ratio ratio than mixed pushing, which means fertility and carbon sequestration with topsoil stripping better, combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers help to increase soil organic carbon and soil respiration, but the promote effect in different reclaimed techniques is differ. Under different land using, land with Mao Shaozi can better save soil organic carbon than corn and abandoned land, which has a direct relationship with the return of green manuring. |
