With the reclamation soil in coal mining subsidence area of Wang Qiaozhen,Xiangyuan County,Chan gzhi in Shanxi province as the experiment material, the effects of different fertilizations on soil phosphorus bioavailability are studied to reveal its variation and investigate its mechanism by the method of field sam pling survey, field trials and indoor laboratory, which provides a theoretical basis for bioremediation of the r eclamation soil in coal mining subsidence area.(1) This paper is taking the reclamation land in coal mining subsidence area as the object of study. we have discussed the effects of different fertilization patterns on phosphorus in soil of maize at different growth stage. The results show that:the combined application of Bacterial Organic fertilizer have the obvious improve function of nitrogen phosphorus.(2) It draw a conclusion from reclaimed soil urease activity, enzymatic activity and phosphatase activity analysis that enzymatic activity were all highest under organic fertilizer+bacterial fertilizer treatment and phosphatase activity were increased23.8%-96%compared with blank, enzymatic activity were increased5.4%~125.76%compared with blank and urease activity were increased31.24%~157.8%compared with blank.(3) In this thesis, according to the improved classification of soil phosphorus method that put forward byHedley,by five different one yearfertilizer processings and according to the classification of soil phosphorus method that put forward by Hedley, nine different kinds of Phosphorus forms are analyzed and measured during the seeding period and mature period. It turned out that different fertilizer processing has different effect on enhancing the content of nine different kinds of Phosphorus forms. Among the effects,we see that inorganic fertilize treatment has an obvious effect on enhancing the contents of H2O-Pi and NaHCO3-Pi while both inorganic fertilize treatment and organic fertilize treatment have an obvious effect on enhancing the contents of H2O-Po and NaHCO3-Pi.(4) In the forth year of land reclamation experiment in the core-mining subsidence area, the soil phosphorus adsorption properties was studied by Langmuir equation, five treatments was installed, i.e., no fertilizer, organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, Organic fertilizer plus bacterial manure and inorganic fertilizer plus bacterial manure. The results showed that soil phosphorus adsorption characteristics under different treatment was fitted to the Langmuir equations, the correlation coefficients was between0.96and0.98, and appeared a very significant level. In all treatments, the soil phosphorus adsorption capacity of no fertilizer treatment was highest; the maximum P uptake and maximum buffer capacity was2000mg/kg and156.25mg/kg, respectively. The soil phosphorus adsorption capacity of organic manure treatment was weaker than inorganic fertilizer, bacterial fertilizer reduced soil phosphorus adsorption capacity, to some extent. so the soil phosphorus adsorption capacity of the organic fertilizer plus bacterial manure treatment was lowest among all treatments, maximum P uptake, and the maximum buffer capacity respectively was1250mg/kg and73.75mg/kgIn summary, the bacterial fertilizer to some extent can significantly improve the total phosphorus content and available phosphorus content, enhance enzyme activity and reduce the phosphorus absorption of collapse reclaimed soil, so organic bio-fertilizer treatment is the best one in this trial...
