This paper in a large collection of related material, analyze current condition and status of thedevelopment of rural biogas in yongnian county and proposes the solution, meanwhile, probes into thedevelopment pattern for yongnian biogas.It provides useful ideas and patterns for yongnian countyrural domestic biogas development and agricultural ecological home construction. Hope it can providecertain reference for management departments, and make good efforts on the development of ruraldomestic biogas in yongnian county development and agricultural ecological home construction.The results of the study show that: Yongnian country has advantage of the development in ruraldomestic biogas:1.Yongnian geography and climate characteristic of good to methane fermentation, isdomestic biogas development prerequisite.2, The development of agriculture and animal husbandryindustry in county provides resources conditions for domestic biogas development.3At the county levelof the provinces, the government has all kinds of policies, measures and laws and regulations for therural domestic biogas project construction provides policy support.4, Yongnian County of ruraldomestic biogas development at all levels of the fund investment as the farmers in methane constructionprovides economic security.Yongnian County in promoting rural biogas construction, can improve the agricultural ecologicalenvironment, improve the rural environment and improve the life quality and quality pollution-freeagricultural products, good production increase of farmers’ income is the future for farmers productionand income of important ways. So far, has been built with more than45000households methane,covered more than25%, formed the county, township and village level3biogas technology servicenetworks.Through the investigation, yongnian county at present domestic biogas development patternmainly are:"the pig-marshy-food (fruit)" mode, the courtyard three-dimensional management modes,"kind of-a-plus-trade," comprehensive development model and "a pool three" methane agriculturalecological pattern. With the four model analysis, yongnian county local conditions, yongnian countydevelopment for domestic biogas development mode are "a pool three" methane agricultural ecologicalpattern.Yongnian county rural domestic biogas development faced mainly problem are small quantity, lowcoverage, unbalanced biogas development process,insufficient capital investment of farmersconstruction projects of biogas, matching funds difficult to reach the dersignated position, the singlemodel of farmers rural biogas construction engineering, lack of overall arrangement, farmers ruralbiogas construction engineering supporting service system is not perfected, etcAccording to existing problems, this paper proposes the solution:(1) adhere to the policy guidance,improve the rural domestic biogas ltd., a recognition of the importance of the construction work;(2)strengthening publicity guide, establish and perfect rural energy management system;(3) insist ondemonstration guidance, to develop the industrialization of biogas;(4) establish perfect service system,strengthen the policy and financial support, through collecting methane construction fund;(5) improve domestic biogas production technology, service conditions and management level;(6) to rectifymethane product market, to protect the legal rights of farmers;(7) make the industry construction inbetter code and standard, developed in industrialization and standardization.
