Byphysical and chemical identification preliminary clear that how manymajor compounds contained in it;Then the bacteriosasis，ear edema inflammation model of mouseand amr model of mouse， was adopted to study the activity of the extractions. Experimentalresults indicated that ethanol-extraction is the activity part.Using High-Speed CountercurrentChromatography and column chromatography extraction method to separate the ethanol-extractionpart,and then got one compounds which possible was Alkyl compounds.
