| The paper studies on Hyriopsis schlegelii’growthtraits among14F1families, and the growth curve of four growth traits of Hyriopsis schlegelii, including the mussels’ shell length(SL), shell height(SH), shell width(SW) and body weight(BW), and establishing quantitative growth models; establishing multiple regression equation of freshwater mussel and post-operative mussel. The results show that:1. There are very significant differences in growthtraits between and within groups (P<0.01). The F31(Family31)ã€F93ã€F57ã€F61and F19had significant growthadvantage in the48months at the shell length, shell height, shell width and body weight, and F31had the maximum absolute growthrate at48months. The results of the cluster analysis indicated that F31ã€F57ã€F19〠F61〠F58had best growthsuperiority, F28had the lowest growthadvantage.2. According to Levenberg-Marquardt iteration method, the growth parameters and multiple correlation coefficient (R2) of four non-linear growth models, Brody, Logistic,Gompertz and von Bertalanffy were obained, and the best fitting growth model have been chosen. The research indicated that in the first three years of Hyriopsis schlegelii, the optimal growth model of SL, SW and SH is Brody model, while the optimal growth model of BW is von Bertalanffy model. They are all effectively fitted for the early cumulative growth curve of Hyriopsis schlegelii.3. Measuring the traits of freshwater mussel and post-operative mussel for12months, showing that freshwater mussel’s increasing is always higher than post-operative mussel, this indicates that pearl-nucleus-inserting operation may affect growing of post-operative mussel. Three correlation coefficients between each morphological characters and the weight achieved very significant levels (P<0.01). In freshwater mussel group, the shell length(SL) has largest direct action to body weight(BW), the shell height(SH)’s indirect action to BW by shell length is secondly, but nor matter direct or indirect action, it is little of shell width(SW) to BW. In post-operative mussel group, SL still has largest direct action to BW, and the SW is secondly, and indirect action of SW to BW by SL is thirdly. The result of determination coefficient analysis is the same as Path Analysis. The equations of and were showed as following:The regression equation for freshwater mussel: Y1=-346.960+3.515X1+1.413X2+0.425X3 The regression equation for post-operative mussel: Y2=-377.596+2.358x1+0.873x2+6.634x1The Y1/Y2was body weight(g), X1/x1was shell length(mm), X2/x2was shell height(mm), X3/x3was shell width(mm). It is very significant of partial regression coefficient test and F test, showing that the regression equations are fit.Comparing of14post-operated mussel families, shows that F93has the best performance on pearl-nucleus-inserting operation, and the character of pearls is also very good. |
