The Forest Ecosystem Services Valuation Of Barlehtaw Nature Reserve

Ecosystem service are the condition and process through which naturalecosystems, and the species that make them up, sustain and fulfill human life. Forestecosystems have variety of service functions, maintenance of it’s function plays animportant role on ecological security,protection of biological resources and livingenvironment,achieve social and economic sustainable development.Barlehtaw play alocomotive role at the development of Tacheng area tourism in the future,play aninestimable role in regional economic and social development.The meaning ofevaluation of the forest ecosystem services function in Barlehtaw nature,not onlyimprove the People’s awareness to the importance of the nature reserve,make peoplehave a deeper understanding of the nature reserve of forest resources is an importantfunction and role,to achieve the unity of the three benefits of economic,ecological andsocial of forest ecosystems,moreover provide a scientific basis to development andimplementation of protected area management countermeasures and rationalallocation of resources.This paper understanding of the theory of functional valuation of ecosystemservices in protected areas,viewed the Forest Ecosystem Service Assessment，combined with the characteristics of the study area，select the main indicators of theforest service functions，used the main method and theoretical of ecology andeconomy ecology，such as market value, shadow project, opportunity cost andexpenses method etc.The value of the production of organic matter, waterconservation,soil and fertilization conservation,fixing CO₂and releasing O₂,cleaningthe environment and accumulation of nutrient elements,biodiversity conservation andforest recreation of the forest ecosystem in Barlehtaw nature. Finally, calculate thetotal value and value per unit area of the study area of forest ecosystem services.The result shows that the total value of forest ecosystem services7.05millionyuan,per unit area value is3.08ten thousand yuan.Among production of organic substance value is0.09million yuan.a-1,soil conservation value is1.25millionyuan,carbon fixation and oxygen release value is1.97million yuan,water storagevalue is1.61million yuan,air purification value is0.13million yuan,accumulation ofnutrient elements value is0.27million yuan, forest recreation is0.41millionyuan,biodiversity conservation is0.13million yuan.The size of the order of the valueof various functions is that carbon fixation and oxygen release value>water storagevalue>biodiversity conservation value>soil conservation>accumulation of nutrientelements value>air purification value>production of organic substance value.At the end of this paper,Analysis and discussion the result of forset ecosytemservicce about Barkuk nature,point out the deficiencies in the protected areamanagement and development of forest ecosystems,proposed countermeasures andsuggestions of the construction and development for the protected areas.
