With the development of animal husbandry in china, straw kneading machine applicationscontinue to increase, and working performance of straw kneading machine increasingly highperformance requirements. The cutting silk is straw kneading machine key components,mainly used for straw compressed and the cutting silk processing procedure. Row silkinstitutions is rowed wire mechanism important component parts, the structure optimizationdesign of machine performance and efficiency has a great influence.Based on the domestic9RSZ-3type straw kneading machine drawn wire mechanism ofthe cutting silk roller and the compression roller as main research object, through the moderndesign method, the research into its theory, modeling, simulation, finite element analysis andoptimization design were done. This paper mainly completed the following work:(1) Describes the the cutting silk mechanism, fast and slow roll between power transferrule; Analysis of maize straw in a rolling distance zone of the motion and the influence factorson the performance of the cutting silk mechanism; Determine the main parameters of thecutting silk mechanism.(2) On the the cutting silk mechanism force analysis, the application of Pro/E softwareto its various parts and components for3D solid modeling and assembly, application of Pro/E environment mechanism function module carries on the kinematics simulation, verify thestability of the mechanism.(3) By using ANSYS finite element analysis software to draw wire roller and thecompression roller through the static analysis, obtained in the work load, drawn wire rollerand the compression roller stress and deformation.(4) To draw wire roller spindle and flattening rollers were constraint modal analysis, getthe first ten order modes, for the the cutting silk mechanism dynamics analysis provides basis.(5) To draw wire agencies work area by the horizontal stress is minimized as the target ofoptimization mathematical model is established, the use of Matlab software MATLABoptimization toolbox for its optimization, get the minimum pressure is Q4890.2N, to optimize the the cutting silk structure parameters, improves the mechanical efficiency.This paper adopts the methods of modern design, the cutting silk mechanism to carry outthe various parts of the reasonable analysis and research. On optimizing the structure, toshorten the design cycle, and reduce the cost has important sense.
