The particularity of the alpine region because of its climate, types of perennial flowers in landscaping applications less than normal, the lack of cold but also drought perennial flower resources. Foreign introduction of flowers can better adapt to the local ecological environment, and higher maintenance costs. Wild flowers adaptability, and low cost advantages of the rich landscape of plant material of great significance.Daqing grassland habitats Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. and Lysimachia barystachys Bge. as test materials, through different temperature, light, storage time of PEG osmotic stress on seed germination; different substrates, time, cutting the length of the cutting propagation; in the laboratory at10%concentration of20%and30%PEG solution osmotic stress to handle Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim.24h, Lysimachia barystachys Bge.30h, and72h, and78h after water; outdoor potted water control drought stress Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim.16d, Lysimachia barystachys Bge.15d,, and Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim, in the8d,12d,16d, Lysimachia barystachys Bge. in the5d10d,15d at different times rehydration, the appearance of morphological and physiological characteristics of the two kinds of wild flowers. The results are as follows:(1)In15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃temperature conditions, two kinds of wild flower seeds could germinate, the optimum germination temperature is25℃. Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim. seed germination at different temperatures the rate of the order of25℃(92.78%)>20℃(75.00%)>15℃(68.89%)>30℃(63.89%). Lysimachia barystachys Bge. seeds in each treatment, the highest germination rate was2.78%.Different temperature, light, storage time can not mention the Lysimachia barystachys Bge. seed germination.Under dark conditions, seed germination rate was59.45%of the light conditions, indicating that the light intensity on the Asparagus oligoclonos Maxim, seed germination inhibition.(2) Asparagus oligoclonos seed germination at a concentration of5%,10%,15%,20%PEG-6000solution, osmotic stress, with the concentration of PEG solution, the germination rate, germination rate coefficients, vigor index, germination and drought index decreased, theindicators was negatively correlated with the concentration of PEG solution,5%,10%of PEG concentration, Asparagus oligoclonos seeds respectively, with22.78%,51.11%germination rate, Asparagus oligoclonos seed germination of some drought resistance.(3) Cutting propagation of different root length Lysimachia barystachys into a seedling rate of the order of15cm (63.33%)>20cm (60.00%)>10cm (46.67%)>5cm (26.67%); seedling efficiency of sorting is5cm (5.33)10cm (4.67)>15cm (4.22)>20cm (3.00), considered as two indicators of the efficiency of the seeding rate and seedling breeding production number of the highest breeding should choose a cutting length of5-10cm. Lysimachia barystachys root segment cutting time for the June survival rate higher than in August, September, and the difference is significant. Asparagus oligoclonos stem cuttings in different substrates, different cuttings site selection, no rooting difficult cuttings rooting need to further test solution.(4) Different concentrations of PEG Osmotic stress and outdoor potted plants, two water control drought impact on plant morphology of the two wild flowers in the laboratory.At10%,20%,30%of PEG osmotic stress treatment, Asparagus oligoclonos, respectively, at18h,12h,6h after gradually lose ornamental; Lysimachia barystachys at24h,12h,6h gradually lose ornamental.Outdoor pot water control, Asparagus oligoclonos12d, Lysimachia barystachys10d after the gradual loss of ornamental.(5) Have a certain impact of drought stress on the Asparagus oligoclonos and Lysimachia barystachys physiological leaf water content, membrane permeability, SOD activity and soluble protein content, malondialdehyde content of the two plants to drought stress adaptability, can be used asdrought resistance of the reference indicators. Lysimachia barystachys leaves PS Ⅱ reaction center activity was reduced under drought stress. PS Ⅱ electron pass rate (ETR) and actual photochemical efficiency (OPS Ⅱ) showed a downward trend, drought stress resulting in electron transport is blocked, of PS Ⅱ reaction center can not be normal to accept photons, leading to drought stress under the wolf tail flower leaves to produce the phenomenon of photoinhibition.NPQ was first increased and then decreased, which indicated that Lysimachia barystachys leaf damage mechanism of action to reduce drought stress by enhancing the heat dissipation capacity.
