In order to study the effect of light quality on antioxidative enzyme activities and medicinal ingredients of G. lucidum to provide theoretical basis for Ganoderma lucidum light of physiological research. Ganoderma lucidumthey were cultivated under different color lights by light emitting diodes (LED) and light filter membrane.G. lucidum mycelium was cultured under light qualities by light emitting diodes (LED). The growth of G. lucidum mycelium was observed and antioxidative enzyme activities was determined in different growth periods. Under the blue light and dark condition(CK), the mycelium grew faster than that under other light qualities, especially in dark condition. The white light resulted in a largest increase in the amount of the mycelium and always kept the activities of CAT high level. Major fluctuations of POD appeared high emerged under the green light. Under the yellow light, the activities of SOD appeared high level. However, SOD activities on dark(CK) raised obviously in late period. The content of mycelium polysaccharides under the blue light was significant higher than anyother light quanlity. In dark condition, the content of mycelium polysaccharides always kept low level.To study the effect of light quality on PAL and PPO activities and triterpenoid content of G. lucidum mycelium. During the whole growth process of G. lucidum mycelium, the yellow light resulted in a large increase in triterpenoid contents and always kept the activities of PAL high level. Under the red light, the activities of PPO appeared high standard. However, PPO activities under the yellow LED raised obviously in late period. The total phenol contents of G. lucidum on dark (CK) accumulated faster than that under other light qualities, while under the red light, it was the significant lowest in the whole growth phase.G. lucidum was planted under different light qualities by light filter membrane. In the early growth, the activities of PAL appeared high standard under the red light. However, PAL activities under the green light raised obviously in late period. Under the yellow light, the activities of PPO always kept high level. The total phenol contents of G. lucidum under the yellow light accumulated faster than that under other light qualities in the whole phase. The total flavonoid contents of G. lucidum under the green light was the significant highest in the late stage. Under the blue light, triterpenoid contents and polysaccharides of G. lucidum were always kept high level. In natural condition(CK), polysaccharides of G. lucidum spores was obviously higher than other light qualtites. Triterenoid content of G. lucidum spores between light qualtites and natural condition(CK) were no significant differences exist.
