In pig production field, Post-weaning multi-systemic wasting syndrom(ePMWS)is one ofthe bottlenecks in breeding lines, affecting the sustainable development of live pig health. Theinfection of Porcine circovirus-2(PCV2)leads to piglets immunosuppression, farms increase thevolume and using time of antibiotic in order to control secondary infection, it brings more risk tothe health of people as much more live pig products is with medication residual and carryingdisease. The first experiment has been made with clinical data tracing, studying the level ofproduction in different stages and with different feeding equipment, investigating growthperformance of weanling piglets in different seasons. The result showed that feeding level in ourprovince is generally low at present; the rate of post-weaning diarrhea and mortality is very high;the development of the growing-finishing pigs is related to weaning weight; and incidence ofdisease is very high in cold wet season; the rate of diarrhea and mortality in withall feces higherbed is the lowest. The second experiment does clinical symptom observation, anatomic observation, andlaboratory PCR detection on PMWS. Diseased pigs have different degrees of injury in theirUrinary system, immune system, digestive system and respiratory system, on top of that is thedigestive system and immune system. In this experiment,50samples collected from field weredetected. The results showed that there were20positive samples of PCV2, the positive rate was40.00%, included8positive farms, positive farms rate was80%;13positive samples of PRRSV,the positive rate was26.00%, included6positive farms, positive farms rate was60%;2positivesamples of CFSV, the positive rate was4%,included1positive farms, positive farms rate was20%;PRV positive rate was0;20%of the samples were not detected by above4virus. Thepredominant genotypes of viral mixture infection were PCV2and PRRSV, the infection rate was22%; the mixture infection rate of PCV2、CFSV、PRRSV was4%.The third experiment was made in a PCV2proved positive farm. Application of antibiotics+multidimensional combinations health care program to prevent secondary infection, comparingthe change of growth performance. The result showed that the standard weight experimentalgroup A hair color has remarkably improved compared to Control group B. Average daily feed intake of group A was74.33g more than group B. Group A total body weight gained14.8kg,weight of individual piglet gained0.74kg, daily weight gained106g compared separately withGroup B. Underweight experimental Group C average daily feed intake was88.43g more thanControl Group D. Group C total body weight gained8.4kg, weight of individual piglet gained0.42kg, daily weight gained40g compared separately with Group D. The results indicated thatthis health care program can improve the growth performance of the experimental pigs invarying degrees, no matter weaning weight is met the standard or not, and especially thestandard weight group. In the forth experiment, alanine aminotransferase concentration of group A decreased by16.45%,28.76%at day7and14respectively comparing to Group B, group C decreased by28.88%(with significant difference P<0.01),49.00%(with significant difference P<0.01) atday7and14respectively comparing to Group D. Aspartate aminotransferase concentration ofGroup A and C is lower than Group B and D at day7and14, but there was not significantdifference. Urea nitrogen concentration of Group A was8.6%,21.14%lower than Group B atday7and14respectively, Group C was5.95%,22.88%lower than Group D respectively.Malondialdehyde concentration of group A was29.25%,19.84%lower than Group B at day7and14respectively, Group C was46.75%,50.25%lower than group D respectively. Totalantioxidation concentration of Group A was3.12%.42.16%higher than Group B at day7and14respectively; Group C was32.06%.18.82%hither than Group D. The results of blood indexshowed that this health care program could significantly reduce the concentration of alanineaminotransferase, urea nitrogen and malondialdehyde in the blood of experimental pigs, andincrease the total antioxidation concentration, but has no obvious impacts on aspartateaminotransferase concentration. These results suggest that this health care program can improveliver and kidney functions of experimental pigs, the recovery of piglets is attended with goodresults...
