Study On Planning Of The Wolfberry Industrial Park In Qinghai Province

Agricultural industrial park is a new and effective space organization in new period’s Industrialization, which could contain the Industry, demonstration, tourism and leisure, also is a economic mode which with low pollution and environmentally new demonstration, tourism and leisure, wolfberry industrial park could play a huge role in booming the regional economic, what’s more, through the Industrial restructuring layout, reducing the requirement for the complexity of basic facilities and cost of construction, meanwhile arranging the source reasonably, for the sake of shifting the regional realistic potential and compensating the lack of basic facilities, economic condition and market system, wolfberry industrial park will become the Industrial base and industrial zone with economies of scale and market competitiveness, meanwhile a distinctive rural scenic, which could be completed by the production, processing, trading, leisure of wolfberry.The objective of this article is to looking for the proper designing way suitable to wolfberry industrial park, from the perspective of science arrangement, using an effective way to plan the wolfberry industrial park in a reasonable way.This paper gives a field research about wolfberry industry of Qinghai region, wolfberry production and processing bases, migrant settlements and street parks in Qinghai Province, and also analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of Industrial Park of Qinghai Province. Based on wolfberry organic farming, linked with echelon processing and recycling, Qinghai will plan to construct a recycling plateau characteristic of bio-industrial chain and gradually form an industrial system with structural optimization, industrial agglomeration, obvious advantages and Moderate Scale.The planning of Wolfberry Industrial Park includes the background of this project, feasibility analysis, park planning goals and the guiding ideas, park land regulation, the overall functional layout, landscape planting and park detail design. According to the status of the wolfberry industry in Qinghai Province, the park can be divided into5zones called the wolfberry scale cultivation zone, high-tech demonstration zone, agro-processing recycling industrial zone, agricultural logistics and trade zone of goods, life management areas and ecological protection zone. The wolfberry scale cultivation zone is the embodiment of the organic cultivation of wolfberry and standardized planting; high-tech demonstration zone is a functional area with research and innovation, wolfberry germplasm conservation, seedling breeding, cultivation, water-saving irrigation, wolfberry cultural display and tourism; agricultural logistics and trade zone of goods is a zone with a set of beginning processing, deep processing and new product development. Its core content is the wolfberry processing production line design. From the supply of raw materials for wolfberry to the processing of wolfberry, and then to the completion of the products, it constitutes a complete processing industry chain and then forms the cluster of processing leading enterprises by divided into the management of the service area, the first industrial area and the second industrial area; life management areas can create ecological energy-saving garden settlement; ecological protection zone can provide ecological barrier for the park through the planning of shelter forest.
