Junshan Lake hairy crabs are famous aquatic products in Jiangxi Province.They are named after Junshan Lake,which is located in Jinxian County,an ecologically-friendly area.Junshan Lake is also known for its hairy crabs.In recent years,with the goal of satisfying the increasing mass demand of the middle and high-end people,Jinxian County of Jiangxi Province has been making efforts to promote the development of the crabs at Lake Junshan,and its stable production,quality improvement,and efficiency increase have been significant.At present,the cultivation area of crabs at Lake Junshan is stable at about400,000 mu,and the total output is maintained at about 750,000 kg.What needs to be pointed out in particular is that there are still some problems in the industry development of the crabs at Lake Junshan,which has greatly affected the healthy development of hairy crabs.In this context,this article conducted a survey on the crabs in Lake Junshan Lake.Based on an in-depth analysis of the development of the industry,the paper explored the problems in the development of the industry and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of crabs in Lake Junshan Lake.To promote its core competitiveness and promote the development of related industries in Jinxian County.This paper analyzes the natural conditions,the policy conditions,the technical conditions and the competitive environment of the industrial development of the crabs,and investigates the status quo of the industrial development,and details the status of the culture,the status of the brand construction and the status of processing.According to the actual situation of the industrial development of the army mountain crabs,this paper holds that there are several problems in the development of the industry.First,the rate of self-sufficiency in seedling is low,and the seedling breeding needs to be improved;second,the management is scattered and the degree of organization is low;third,the industrial chain is not perfect and the standard degree is the degree.Low;fourth,lack of brand building,need to enhance brand competitiveness;fifth,lack of intensive processing,product homogenization serious.In view of the problems in the industrial development of hairy crabs,this paper holds that Jinxian county should strengthen the construction of high quality and seedling breeding base,and improve the culture technology of the crabs on the basis of scientific and technological innovation.The relevant government departments also need to give full play to their guidance,encouragement and support to promote thedevelopment of the hairy crab industry in Jun Shan Hu.In addition,the army Mountain Lake crabs also need to develop intensive processing to achieve diversified development of products and realize industrial development from the extension of industrial chain and the development of brand development.
