The Occurrence And Controlling To Walnut Pests And Diseases In Shanyang County Shangluo City Shaanxi Province

Walnut, the main cultivation of fruit trees which is one of the world’ s four major types ofnuts, is both an ecological and economic benefits of ecological resources. Shaanxi province isChinese three big productions of walnut provinces, especially Shanyang county of Shangluocity, due to its unique geographical location and climate characteristics make it a walnutperfect area of growth. As walnut area increase rapidly, focus on continuous improvementculture, but the cultivation and management have adhered to the traditional extensive pattern.It breed and spread diseases and pests seriously. Investigation of walnut pests and diseasessituation, and purpose of walnut insect pests and diseases prevention and control has thewalnut industrial development problems needed to resolve.In this paper, the walnut insect pests and diseases were investigated in Shanyang county,Shangluo city in the different site conditions (According to the elevation of walnut, the siteconditions are divided into remote mountains area, plain area and shallow mountains area).The result shows that Atrijuglans hetauhei Yang, Dichocrocis punctiferalis Guenee,Xanthomonas juglandis Dowsen, Colletotrichum qloesoporioides Penz are the main pests anddiseases on walnut tree, called “Black Walnut” usually. The changes of temperature andhumidity have a direct relationship with “Black Walnut”. The occurrence of the “BlackWalnut” in the remote mountains area is significantly greater than the shallow mountains area,followed by the plain area. In the black fruit caused by pests and diseases, it is the mainlycaused by Xanthomonas juglandis Dowsen in the remote mountains area, followed byAtrijuglans hetauhei Yang. Shallow mountains area have the opposite situation, caused byAtrijuglans hetauhei Yang seriously.
