According to the National Bureau of statistics, there are1719600Hm2and1257600t tea production of national tea garden area in2008.China is the world big country of the first production of green tea, In the tea garden management, the introduction of pesticides and tea pest control, effect is apparent, but tea pesticide residue is easy to cause harm to human body, at the same time the application process will cause certain pollution to the environment and the application of the physical damage. The task group took the lead in the country to put forward a kind to use wind supplemented by a small amount of water to form water fog wind capture insects of tea wind insecticidal machine, and the ventilation pipe is an important part of wind insecticidal machine. This paper focuses on the wind insecticidal machine ventilation pipe body has been designed and the flow field simulation, the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) The wind insecticidal machine air outlet pipe of the structural design, and use the PRO/E software to analyze three-dimensional solid modeling, the air ventilation pipe, water outlet auxiliary device and insect catching device is respectively arranged, produced the wind insecticidal machine test prototype. At the same time with the anemometer measured produced wind insecticidal machine air duct air inlet are respectively cylindrical and conical entrance entrance at the outlet of the average wind speed are respectively18.08m/s and18.15m/s.(2) Introduces the basic knowledge related to fluid dynamics, the ventilation pipe in the simulation flow control equations are used to model and equation and discrete processing is carried out, while describing the flow solution algorithms and the solution of CFD process.(3) Using FLUENT software to tea garden wind insecticidal machine is an important part of the air flow field numerical simulation calculation, analysis shows that, facing the inlet outlet pressure maximum. Through simulation and optimization analysis of the air inlet for the cylinder air inlet, air outlet from two to280mm; the air outlet velocity is more balanced, reduces the internal eddy current quantity, the air outlet pipeline internal flow field has been improved.(4) Change the air inlet port shape, from the original cylindrical air inlet into a conical inlet, the cone angle control in between1:8-5:8. Through the numerical simulation analysis can see, using a tapered inlet entrance, the air outlet pipeline of internal flow field of gas velocity field and the pressure field uniformity have played a very good role. At the same time its internal turbulent flow has also been improved. Through the comparison analysis combined with manufacture and installation demand to know, when the cone angle03:8, air inlet is a conical entrance (cone angleθ3:8), the two air outlet is320mm apart when the duct air outlet velocity distribution is more uniform.(5) By means of numerical simulation analysis, get a better outlet pipeline structure, as the garden wind insecticidal machine debugging efficiency provides a favorable guarantee。...
