With the rapid development of flower industry in China, flower disease is the mostimportant factor which restricts the sustainable development of flower and plant industry. Inthis research, the pathogens of new flowers diseases and important diseases are identifiedaccording to the method of morphology and the molecular biology.1. In this study, all disease plants are collected from Heilongjang, Beijing, Hebei,Ningxia, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Hainan, Xizang Provinces.Through the survey,250samples are collected and122fungi strains are preserved. During theinvestigation,118kinds of flower diseases pathogens on65genus of40familia of77hostsplants are identified. It is also contained the classification of the pathogens and the damagedegree of diseases.2. The discovery of one new record genus in China: Microcera coccophila Desm. onAlthaea rosea(Lim.)Cavan.3. The discovery of one new record species of fungi in China: Cercosporapseudokalanchoes Crous&Braun on Sedum spectabile Boreau.4. The discovery of two new record species of fungi of host in China: Pyricularia grisea(Cooke)Saccardo on Maranta arundinacea L. and Septoria lophanthi Winter on Salviajaponica Thunb.5. During the investigation, it is found that some diseases take place seriously and widely, such as, the anthracnose, gray mold, powdery mildew, leaf spots caused by Pestalotiopsis,Alternaria, Cercospora, Ampelomyces, root diseases caused by Fusarium. In this reseach, it has basicly mastered the kinds of diseases and the classification statusof the pathogens by conducting extensive investigation of the diseases in the main flowersgrowing areas in China, which will provide the scientific theory evidence for the accuratediagnosis and comprehensive control of flower diseases.
