Forest biomass which can measure the level of community productivity reflects the potential ability for the community in using of the natural resource. It makes the foundation to study the ecosystem material cycle and it also can evaluate the increase of tree productivity.what’s more, the forest silvicultural standards and utilization of its products can also be improved. Making accurate estimation of forest ecosystems biomass lays the basement to measure the carbon storage and carbon density of the forest. So it has significant value in the light of theory and practice to have a further research on biomass. As we all know, the direct harvest of biomass is widely used in the current world. As a result, a lot of manpower and material resources are excessively consumed. To solve the problem, we usually build biomass model to estimate the forest biomass. Currently, forest carbon storage is one of the main targets of global research, and forest carbon stocks mainly through biomass extrapolated biomass model which requires a certain precision.Although many researchers have established the model of forest biomass, but there are some problems:Firstly, most of the previous research paid their attentions to the above-ground biomass. Little attention is paid to under-ground biomass. And most of the models built by researchers do not solve the problem that the compatibility between the component biomass and total biomass.Based on the above issues, the unary and binary biomass models of15major tree species of Heilongjiang Province are built, after which lays the foundation to have a research on the compatible biomass model. Besides, the accuracy of the optimal model of components and the total is compared.The accuracy of unary biomass built on the base of the species (group) gets more than70%. Unary biomass Models have characteristics of the wide adaptability. Though the determination coefficient R2of binary biomass model getting a certain improvement, the vast majority of the components biomass (such as branches, leaves, crown, etc.) have unintimate relationships with the total tree height. So these binary model parameters have not passed the test. That is, it has no practical sense to build the component and total biomass model. On the whole, the binary models built in this paper have high precision and most of the accuracy get more than80percent, the binary biomass models also have wide adaptability. In unary and binary model of biomass of each species selected on the basis of total biomass and the independent components of the optimal model, the use of three control methods is to establish the consistency of various species biomass model. The accuracy of most of the total, ground and trunk compatible biomass model reached more than85%and the accuracy of the vast majority of branches, leaves, crown and root compatible biomass get more than80%. The fitting effect of compatible model is good.The biomass data in this paper is from five regions of Heilongjiang province. The unary and binary biomass models have satisfactory accuracy and can be widely used in large scale regions.
