DNA-seq analysis was conducted to disclose next-generation sequencing-based transcriptome of cartilage from the red deer antler. Among110402contigs assembled by Reference assembly and De novo assembly, we detected597883SNPs in33771sites, including596233SNPs from the reference-assembly contigs and1650SNPs from the De novo assembly. Meanwhile14794DIPs were found in these contigs, ranging from1to5base pairs.
