The lindera megaptylla, as an evergreen tree, not only has landscape value, you can also make soap, furniture, etc, while the bark of high medicinal value. But its resistance to low temperature and waterlogging of poor. In order to understand the low temperature waterlogging stress on the site of the shell black spotting the influence of physiological characteristics, this paper across the black site for material shell seedling, set low temperature stress and waterlogging stains stress two different growth environment, low temperature conditions for5℃(controls),0℃,-5℃,-10℃4process, respectively at0d,3d,6d,9d after sampling, moisture conditions are completely does not water (W1), water every day (W2), the next day watering (W3), located in the soil surface water nursery one-third (W4), water level is located in seedling soil surface1/2(W5), water level is located in seedling soil table place (W6) six processing, of the two kinds of conditions of black site of seedling shell physiological and biochemical indexes were respectively, Finally, integrated evaluation on low-temperature and waterlogging tolerance of these were made through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The experiment results were as follows:1. Low temperature treatment the next day The lindera megaptylla began to exhibit varying degrees of wilting, as time continues, the5℃plant returned to normal and grow well at0℃in different parts of the leaves beginning to show varying degrees of yellow,-5℃,-10℃Cleaves under the surface of the ice, frostbite. The result showed that the content of chlorophyll, free proline and MDA all had marked changes as well as the activity of SOD. Compared with t5(treatment of temperature at5℃),the chlorophyll content increased. Along with time, it first ascended and then descended. The content of MDA increased firstly, reducd afterward and increased at last. Pro content of CK was linearly increased. The content of to came to the peak three days later and there was little difference with CK after that. SOD activity almost decreased all the way and had insignificant disparity to CK. In the sixth day, t-10got its highest activity.2.Waterlogging stress on the tested seedlings insensibly affected the chlorophyll; after3d, six treatments were basically the same proline content, and then with the stress time, any significant increased in proline content, after9d reached the peak; the trend of the MDA content of the seedlings were in roughly the same, the upward trend...
