Ginseng is a very popular medicinal plants.It can enhance immunity, provide nutrition, recovery fatigue effects.Ginseng have biological activity and pHarmacological activities.More than40different kinds of ginseng were separated from ginseng roots.Ginsenoside Rb1,Rb2, Rc, Rd,Re and Rg1content is more than90%.Ginseng has very widely medicinal value.Such as ginsenodide F1has antitumor function,Ginsenoside CK can fight cancer, aging resistance, improve memory, anti-inflammatory and protect liver, improve immune function, restore function ect.In this paper, we studied about microbiological Transformation of Tissue culture of Ginseng.Compare contents and species of the tissue culture ginseng and cultivated ginseng,the result is American ginseng is more than cultivation ginseng and the red ginseng of Rb1content.the tissue culture of American ginseng and tissue culture of ginseng have a small amount of ginsenoside Rb1.Cultivation ginseng and red ginseng with higher levels of ginsenoside Rc, F2.Cultivation ginseng, red ginseng and American ginseng both of which ginsenoside Rd, Re, F1and Rh1. American ginseng is more than cultivation ginseng, the red ginseng and the tissue culture of American ginseng of Rg1content.The tissue culture of ginseng have no ginsenoside Rb1.In addition to red ginseng, several other samples with a small amount of ginsenoside Rg3. The results show that the tissue culture of American ginseng and tissue culture of ginseng have a small amount of ginsenoside Rb1and Rg3. American ginseng, cultivation ginseng and the red ginseng have variety of ginsenoside.the ginsenoside contents of tissue culture ginseng less than ginseng. In order to increase the ginsenoside contents of tissue culture ginseng, microbial transformation have been carried out, and to explore the optimal converting conditions (medium, pH and culture time etc).The result show that the optimum medium of strain L2is LB medium, the pH is9.0-10.0, the optimum time is seven days.that the optimum medium of strain K17is H2O medium, the pH is910.0, the optimum time is thirteen days.that the optimum medium of strain K35is H2O medium, the pH is8, the optimum time is nine days.
