Generally,new facility vegetable base transformation by bad fertility grainfield. Obstacle factors like soil short of designability,shallow topsoil,low soil organic matter content and soil nutrient imbalance and so on.All these problems restrict vegetable growth.Therefore,the method of field cultivated and sand strainer tube was used in this trial for studying the decomposing regularity of4kinds of organic fertilizerand and the influence of the amount and type of organic fertilizer on the soil fertilizer effect and yield and quality of organic cabbage,which including6treatments that is without fertilization (CK), normal fertilization(CM), corn straw plus chicken manure (SM), peat plus chicken manure(PM), mushroom residue plus chicken manure (MM) and high level of chicken manure(HM).The main results were summarized as follows:(1)Decomposition rate of different organic fertilizer organic carbon marked difference,maize straw decompose fastest and years decomposition rate at74.53%;turf decompose slowest and years decomposition rate at28.31%.Four kinds of organic fertilizer of humification coefficient size order for peat>mushroom residue>chicken manure>corn straw.All kinds of organic fertilizers pipe laying inside180days reached at fastest decomposition rate.decomposition ratio descended and decomposition rate slowed with the time prolonged.Both variety and quantity of organic fertilizer effected significantly on soil carbon pool quantity and quality.Improved carbon input and organic fertilizer combined application and contributed to diverse forms activated soil organic carbon and humus content Increase.Meanwhile, improved soil CPMI.Results showed that MM treatment effect most notably.Compare with CK treatment, soil TOC.. LOC、MBC、DOC amplification between36%-182%in MM treatment,while soil HA、HM、HA/FA amplification between1.4-1.9multiple.All indexes exceeded conventional fertilizer treatments.MM treatment carbon pool management index highest,improved28%compared with equal carbon contents of SM、PM、HM treatments.Soil active organic carbon humus components、carbon pool management index has a very significant correlation with TOC.Both could indicate soil organic carbon variation preferably.While DOC has the best correlation with other components of organic carbon pool,and more sensitive respond to fertilization.And HuFu than has the best correlation with other components of humus,could reflect soil humus quality.(2)Organic fertilizer nutrient effect retricted to organic fertilizer variety and quantity. Chicken manure has the best effect to improve soil NPK nutrient.NPK content of HM treatment higher than other treatments.Among of soil total nitrogen improved above10.92%, alkali solution nitrogen improved above30.28%, Water-soluble total nitrogen improved above55.68%,inorganic nitrogen improved above65.18%,quick-acting phosphorus improved above28.44%, effective potassium improved above20.50%.However, within the perspective organic fertilizer apparent utilization,MM treatment has the highest nutrient utilization, improved41%more than other treatments.(3)Use organic fertilizer improved soil physics shape and properties.All fertilization reduce volume weight of soil and improved content of soil water-stable aggregates.MM treatment has the lowest volume weight of soil,0.24g/m3fewer than CK treatment. Soil water-stable aggregates greater than0.25mm occupied the largest proportion,39percentage point higher than CK treatment.(4)Organic fertilizer variety and quantity have significant effect on soil biological characters.Use organic fertilizer could improve soil biological number significantly.Among of MM treatment has the most quantity of soil earthworm.The number was78strip per square meter,5times of CK treatment.HM has the most bacterium and fungus quantity in aspect of microorganism.Increased above53.17%and18.38%respectively compared with other treatments.MM treatment has the largest quantity of actinomycetes, above52.65%more than other treatments.(5)Organic fertilizer could promote crop growth,improve crop yield and quality.MM treatment has the best yield increase effect,yield increase of two stubbles were22.71%and 35.38%respectively.HM treatment has the highest contents of cabbage Vc and crude protein,but nitraten content at2453.20mg/kg,existed the risk of nitrate content exceeds standard.However, while spent mushroom compost、turf、maize straw and chicken manure improved cabbage Vc、soluble sugar and crude protein,reduce cabbage nitrate accumulation.Among of MM treatment has the lowest nitrate content,was1354.80mg/kg,44.77%fewer than HM treatment.Therefore,combining application of organic fertilizer not only could keep and improve soil nutrient content,but also improve soil physical proterties and biological properties,fertilizer nutrient utilization.Achieved better fertilizer effect,while provided material base for the progressive continuing and quality improving of crop production.
