Eucalyptus has become the preferred species of Short-period industrial material forest in many regions of southern China, because of super abilities such as adaptation, fast growth, high yield, straight trunk, high economic efficiency and so on. At present, however there are still a series of problems of the special fertilizers of Eucalyptus, such as single function, efficiency of short duration, high losing rate, resulting in a huge waste of resources and arising a certain degree of ecological pollution. In order to validate the effects of such a slow-release fertilizer of Eucalyptus and further improve the fertilization technique of Eucalyptus, a series of comparing tests had been conducted in Weidu, Gaofeng and Hengxian forest sites during the period of May,2009to January,2012. Totally, three standard plots were established and each test plot includes about0.36hm2. Four types of normal Eucalyptus fertilizer coming from Qipo forestry administrative, Liuzhou chemical industry Limited company, Gaofeng forestry administrative and Jiangxi Institute of agricultural science and Technology Development Corporation, respectively, were taken as contrast, and five treatments (A,500g/plant; B,428.6g/plant; C,500g/plant; D,500g/plant; E,428.6g/plant) were set. A, B, C treatments were implemented in Weidu forest site, A, B, D treatments in Gaofeng forest area, and A, B, E in Hengxian forest site. Tree height, diameter at breast height (DBH, at1.3m height) and the average individual volume was investigated biannually (total six times). At the end of tests, accumulations of biomass and nutrient were also measured. Obviously, the effectiveness of slow-released fertilizer is much better than that of other four.1.2The effects of different fertilizers on the growth of DBH At the age of2.7, diameter of A, B, C treatments in WeiDu forest site is11.98cm,11.63cm,11.52cm. diameter of A, B, D treatments in GaoFeng forest area is11.96cm,11.37cm,11.46cm. The diameter of A, B, E treatments in Hengxian is10.33cm,9.82cm,9.89cm. thus it can be seen, in the same total effective fertilizer nutrient content, diameter growth of A treatment that used slow-release fertilizer of eucalyptus were shown to be optimal.1.3The effects of different fertilizers on the growth of average individual volumeAt the age of2.7, average individual volume of A, B, C treatments in WeiDu forest site is89.045×10-3m3/plant,81.53510-3m3/plant,76.754×10-3m3/plant. average individual volume of A, B, D treatments in GaoFeng forest area is87.097×10-3m3/plant,75.642×10-3m3/plant,75.665×10-3m3/plant. The average individual volume of A, B, E treatments in Hengxian is65.692×10-3m3/plant,52.829×10-3m3/plant,56.844×10-3m3/plant. thus it can be seen, in the same total effective fertilizer nutrient content, A treatment has obviously accelerate growth effect forThe average individual volume.2The effects of different special fertilizers of Eucalyptus on the accumulation of biomassEucalyptus stand biomass accumulation in A treatment is optimal different fertilizer treated, A, B, C treatments of total stand biomass accumulation were94.802t/hm2,88.443t/hm2,88.116t/hm2, in which the trunk biomass accumulation respectively of the total biomass of59.81%(34.053kg/plant),58.51%(31.081kg/plant) and57.70%(30.538kg/plant), A treatment of eucalyptus tree biomass accumulation maximum visibly, total biomass than the column is highest, the most useful in Eucalyptus timber harvesting, directly improve the eucalyptus forest benefit.3The effect of different special fertilizers of Eucalyptus on nutrition of EucalyptusA treatment is optimal in Eucalyptus stands Annual average accumulation and utilization efficiency in N, P, K nutrient elements with different fertilizer treated. Eucalyptus slow-release fertilizer nutrient releasing process and Eucalyptus growth demand curve are consistent, fertilizer slow release of nutrients in the process, make the plant greatly the absorption and utilization of nutrients, so that the fertilizer utilization efficiency is greatly improved, significantly better than ordinary fertilizer for Eucalyptus quick reaction.
