Based on793samples collected in May2006in Southern Yellow Sea The generalbiological characters of Pseudosciaena plyactis in Southern Yellow Sea were studied;Preliminary study on the breeding colony of the biological characteristics of thegroups of Pseudosciaena plyactis in the area.Comprehensive understanding of thereproductive biology of the status quo of larimichthys polyactis in the waters in orderto provide a reference for future fisheries management.Stow net fishery is one of the important fishing methods in the south of YellowSea. Based on the data taken from stow fishery resources survey in the southernYellow Sea in spring during2006-2009, the paper used the generalized linear model(GLM) and generalized additive models (GAM) to quantitatively describe therelationships between catch distribution of Larimichthys polyatis and Lophius litulonand environmental factors such as year, position, depth and Sea Surface Temperature(SST). In order to provide a basis for scientific management of the waters of therational development of fishery resources and stow net fisheries data. The results are as follows:1.The body length of breeding population ranges from117to355mm,the weightranges from15.5to141.7g. Groups are composed of Ⅰ~Ⅱ ages; Ⅰ old fish ratiowas54.7%, II age of fish, the proportion was45.3%;ages,sex ratio is1.6:1,2. The individual absolute fecundity E(ind) ranges from2006to53031(mean14193).The individual relative fecundity E/L(ind/mm) ranges from11to232(mean70). Theindividual relative fecundity E/W(ind/g) ranges from30to635(mean252). Therelationship between the individual absolute fecundity E (ind)and net weight W (g) is expressed as: E=248.36W+177.18. The relationship between the individual absolutefecundity E(ind) and body length L (mm) is expressed as: E=0.053L2.3214. Therelationship between the relative individual fecundity E/L (ind/mm)and net weight W(g) is expressed as: E/L=0.8765W+20.89. The relationship between the relativeindividual fecundity E/L (ind/mm) and body length L (mm) is expressed as:E/L=0.053L1.3214. Compared with the1990s, the catch composition showing a trend ofminiaturization and younger age.3. GAM model can explain the relationship between spatial and temporal distributionof Larimichthys polyatis’s CPUE and environmental factors better than the GLMmodel. Larimichthys polyatis’s CPUE were highly significant correlation (P <0.01).Larimichthys polyatis’s CPUE showed a trend of decreasing from north to south alongthe longitude direction, especially smaller around the Yangtze River estuary.Larimichthys polyatis’s CPUE showed a highly significant correlation with SST. Thecalculated optimal scale of SST of Larimichthys polyatis were9℃-11℃.Additionally,This article at the same time described the southern Yellow Sea, Lu Sifishing ground of the natural and geographical profiles and hydrological profiles(including tidal, characteristics of current systems, water corporation, etc.), Lusifishing grounds of the fishery resource profiles; Larimichthys polyatis fisheryresources status quo and research progress; the GLM and GAM modelhistory ofdevelopment and research applications in the fisheries. |
