| Municipal solid waste as materials, was composted with different microbial inoculation techniques (T1:a two-stage inoculation, T2:first phase of inoculation, T3:multi-stage inoculation according the changes of composting temperature, CK:without inoculation)in thermophilic aerobic composting and collected at different stages (3days,8days,18days,25days,30days), determined the physical chemical biological and spectroscopic indices that were evaluated by mathematical methods.Analysising on physical chemical biological and spectroscopic indices and revealing that moisture content, C/N, water-soluble carbon, ammonia nitrogen were declined in negative correlation with humification and matter continue to be degraded during this time. Spectroscopic indices:A4/A1, FLR, HLR, SUVA254SUVA280, E250/E365,253/203were declined in negative correlation with humification. f450/f500,1436/1383, PLR,465/665were rising with postive correlation. All of the three evaluation methods indicated that CK received an immature grade, while T3received a mature grade. Therefore, adding inoculation agents to municipal solid waste greatly increased the rate of organic degradation, and was useful to improve composting efficiency. However, the three evaluation methods gave different results for the inoculation techniques T1and T2. By comparing the three evaluation methods, the Grey Relational Analysis Method was shown to be better than the other two methods because of its smaller margin and higher accuracy.Using the Correlation Analysis and the Grey Relational Analysis Method to selected the A4/A1,1436/1383,254nm,280nm,465/665,5indices to establish the index evaluation system in finally The result is that T1, T2, T3, CK received Just mature grade More mature grade Fully mature grade and Just mature grade. The same result is T3was received Fully mature grade. The different result is CK was given Just mature grade and Immature grade. CK without inoculation has slowly speed at the end of the composting. CK did not met the Fully mature grade, spectroscopy indices system were given higher accurate discrimination with more objectively. |
