| Potherb contains rich nutrients which is edible and officinal value. The content and range of potherb is rich in northeast area. Potherb are mainly in the wild, it is difficult to form the large scale development by concentrated harvest and difficult to storage. To solve this problem, the trial of three representative potherbs which are lettuce, fern and daylily are stored. The use of response surface method to optimize the comprehensive storage and eventually a method is suitable for the storage of most potherbs.1-MCP is a new ethylene inhibitor, which can effectively inhibit the decline in quality of pother in the short-term storage process, significantly affect the physiological characteristics of pother Different concentrations of1-MCP on the potherb treatment effect differences are significant. Four concentrations were selected250nL/L,750nL/L,1000nL/L and1250nL/L by the single factor experiments. To study its physiological characteristics of the pother, ethylene production, respiration rate, MDA content and SOD activity were researched. The content of1000nL/L1-MCP was best by comprehensive comparisons of the potherb of short-term storage.MAP has been widely used in the preservation and storage of fruits and vegetables. the rapid dynamic equilibrium were established by gas exchange between respiration and the outside world. So that the fruit and vegetable respiration remained at low level.Reduced respiratory loss, inhibit the growth of spoilage bacteria, and effectively maintain the quality of fruit and vegetable storage. The gas transmission rates were different between different thicknesses of packaging materials. Four kinds of0.02mm,0.03mm,0.04mm and0.05mm PE packaging materials were selected by single factor. The chlorophyll content, Vc content and SSC content were analyzed to draw the most suitable packaging materials for the storage of pother thickness was0.04mm.Temperature is an important factor which affecting the storage of fruits and vegetables, under different temperature conditions, the respiration of fruits and vegetables changed greatly. In addition, the storage temperature affected the gas transmission rate of PE and1-MCP treat content. This paper obtained suitable for potherb storage temperature was5±1℃by studied the effect of0±℃,5±1℃,10±1℃and15±1℃.On the basis of single factor, using the Box-Behnken design of the storage composite indicator of1-MCP concentration, the thickness of the PE packaging materials and storage temperature in response to factors, indicators of the response value to optimize the three potherbs. the best storage condition was:1-MCP1000nL/L, PE packaging material thickness0.04mm and storage temperature5±1℃. During verification tests, the fern forecast value is0.8325and the true is 0.8375; the lettuce forecast value is0.8204and the true is0.8122; the daylily forecast value is0.8421and the true is0.8417; All predicted values and measured values less than0.01, more in line with the conditions of the forecast with the actual situation. |
