Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms,Aralia elata(Miq.)seem.,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,Artemisia selengensis Turcz.ex Bess, mainly distributed in northeast China and north China, north Korea,Russia,Siberia and the far east area, because of present four kinds of potherb market supply come from wild collection and a small amount of artificial cultivation, with the increase of demand, farmers' excavation of blindly and not system of artificial cultivation, lead to a drop in four kinds of potherb resources and wild quality decline, potherb wild habitat simulation cultivation has to keep the original flavor of wild, meet the market demand and the improvement of quality, the sustainable use of resources, social value and ecological benefits advantages. But previous studies on habitat simulation cultivation of four kinds of potherb still in the blank stage, including the habitat, resources, distribution, wild simulation cultivation and research on breeding is not yet clear. In this article, use four kinds of potherb as the experimental materials,on the basis of the main habitat factor investigation of four kinds of potherb, the correlation analysis of environmental factors affect the growth of potherb, and based on four kinds of potherb habitat simulation cultivation, studies the four kinds of potherb growing environment, development rules, and habitat simulation cultivation ways effect on the growth of potherb. The main results for this study are as follows:1.Through the investigation to determine the environmental factors and affect the growth of potherb correlation analysis, accumulated temperature, light transmittance, soil moisture and organic matter content show the significant positive correlation on growth of four kinds of potherb.Wild Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms,Aralia elata(Miq.)seem.,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,Artemisia selengensis Turcz.ex Bess suitable habitat range of soil relative water content, between 72.20%-82.93%,59.29%-69.01%,74.37%-83.46%,79.37%-90.52%,respectively;Scope of organic matter between 7.64%-11.85%,6.62%-10.01%,7.44%-8.35%,7.94%-9.05%.respectively;Light transmittance between 55.03%-64.47%,59.29%-69.01%,63.14%-74.68%,84.29%-92.78% respectively.2.Different degree influence on the growth and physiological and biochemical indexes different soil moisture conditions simulation of four kinds of potherb. With the rising of simulation soil water content increased, the growth and chlorophyl of four kinds of potherb is gradually increased, reached highest respectively in 75%-85%,70%-80%,70%-80%,85%-95% soil moisture content, significant higher than 45%-55%,50%-60%,50%-60%,55%-65% soil moisture content, thegrowth promoting effect was the most obvious;According to the law of growth and physiological and biochemical changes, confirm the most suitable habitat simulation soil moisture content of four kinds of potherb is 75%-85%,70%-80%,70%-80%,85%-95%.3.The growth and quality of four kinds of potherb were significantly affected by different simulation organic matter, the growth rate increased significantly with the increase of organic matter content of four kinds of potherb, the increase of 68.49g/kg organic matter content was the most significant, the difference was not significant at 98.49g/kg;When the soil organic matter content was higher than 38.49g/kg,the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein in four kinds of potherb were significantly higher than control(20.73g/kg),flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms and crude fiber of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance, the maximum of 68.49g/kg organic matter content, significantly higher than control(20.73g/kg);Considering the cost and other factors, the organic matter content is 68.49g/kg,which is more suitable for the simulation of organic matter conditions.4.Different illumination conditions significantly affected the growth and physiological characteristics of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms,Aralia elata(Miq.)seem.,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance; With the decrease of the simulated illumination intensity, the growth of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms,Aralia elata(Miq.)seem.,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance was gradually increased,Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms,Aralia elata(Miq.)seem.in 55% shading conditions,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in the 25% shading the highest growth; The chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content of three species of potherb were significantly lower than those of other treatments under 85% shading conditions, leaf protective enzyme activity and MDA,proline content and other indicators were higher than 25% shading,55% shading and without shading light control; With the decrease of the simulated illumination intensity, three kind of potherb soluble protein content all decreased, the soluble protein content was highest under 55% shading condition,55% shading condition was more conducive to the normal growth and development of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms,Aralia elata(Miq.)seem.,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,85% shading conditions will seriously inhibit the growth of three kinds of potherb.
