Aquatic animals drug-induced diseases is due to the therapeutic ordiagnostic process of drug use, drug concentration too big or druginteractions cause adverse reaction, cause aquatic animal body tissue ororgan damage after serious disease, appear all sorts of clinical symptoms, isaccompanied by intensive farming and large-scale happen. Due to itspathogenesis causes the concealment of the strong, often not promptlycorrect diagnosis and treatment, become the problem of modern aquaticanimal diseases, which seriously restrict the modern healthy breedingaquatic intensive development, and aquatic animals drug-induced diseasesmodel, at present there is no success building reports, the lumen of theconstruction of drug-induced liver disease model, we can define the causesof the disease, the disease pathology development process, so as the lumenof breeding process drug-induced liver disease prevention and control toprovide the theory basis and the scientific guidance.Established the drug-induced Trionyx Sinensis liver disease model byfeeding Trionyx Sinensis with the bait containing norfloxacin andoxytetracycline, also set the blank control group (8test groups totally).Studied the microscopic and submicroscopic structure pathological changesof drug-induced Trionyx Sinensis tissues through tissue and cell pathologymethods. Results: the norfloxacin group (1#) showed the highest positive rate (25/80=31.3%), a slightly lower positive rate (12/80=15%) was foundin oxytetracycline group (3#), the positive rates in control groups (2#and4#) of which the water was connected with the norfloxacin group andoxytetracycline group were low (12/160=7.5%); positive individuals wasnot found in blank control group (5#and6#,7#and8#). Pathologicalanatomy analysis of the drug-induced Trionyx Sinensis indicated that highdoses and prolonged use of the two drugs can lead to white abdominal shellsymptom; by tissue and cell pathological studies, different degrees ofdisease in liver, spleen and kidney of drug-induced Trionyx Sinensis werefound, and lesions of the liver tissue was the most serious, the pathologicalprocess meeted the characteristics of non-parasitic liver disease. With drugtoxicity, the liver tissue initially manifested as hepatic steatosis andinflammation, expansion of the hepatic vein, block of branch bloodreturning, sinusoidal dilatation, severe hepatic congestion and the livervolume were increased significantly. Later, degeneration and necrosis werefound in liver cell cord prior to the expansive hepatic sinusoid, and wereultimately found in hepatic sinusoid; liver tissue sclerosis with hepaticblood ascites. For aquatic animalmedicine the avirulence disease pathology models provide successful cases,to make up for the aquatic animals drug-induced diseases model of blank, ascientific theory significance; the Trionyx Sinensis of drug-induced diseaseprevention, diagnosis and correct treatment has the very strong guidancefunction.
