This paper study on the hybridization of different strain soft-shelled turtle by traditioncrossbreeding. Then compare the difference of body character, components of muscle andamino acid and the fatty acid composition, The conclusion is as fellows.1. By the contrast the character of three parent filial soft-shelled turtle strain, there arenotable difference among those strains, the japan soft-shelled turtle has notable differencewith other groups in the raito of back turtle length and width, and smaller than others; Theratio of body longth and soft apron width have little difference among those strains;Proportion of liver and fat piece of body weight in the Jiang Nan soft-shelled turtle islower than other two set, the difference is notable (P<0.05). We can get the conlusion asfollows by the comparison of growth speed and form form the parent soft-shelled turtleoffspring and the first filial generation crossbreeding: The Huanghe River soft-shelledturtle and Japan soft-shelled turtle are faster than other strains, and have notabledifference. Japan soft-shelled turtle and F1 Huang Jiang is shorter in body configurationaspect, but does not have notable difference; The ratio of body length and body hight ofF1Huangri have notable difference with other several groups, difference is notable, theliver weight of F1 Taihuang takes up the minima weight proportion; Fat contents of Japansoft-shelled turtle is minimal in these groups.2. We can get the conlusion as follows by the comparison of different strain andhybrid offspring's musle components and amino acid and facid acid contents, All quantityamino acid difference in muscle and soft apron are notable, that amino acid is composedof amino acid composition in 5 kinds China soft-shelled turtle fish muscle is consistent,and has 16 kinds amino acid total. The maximal amino acid all quantity breed is F1Huang Jiang, numerical value are 791.01 mg/g, in soft apron, the others is in turn on JiangNan soft-shelled turtle, the F1 of Japan soft-shelled turtle, Japan soft-shelled turtle,Huanghe River soft-shelled turtle. The FAA proportion difference in general amino acidis not big; The EAA proportion of F1 huangri and Huanghe River soft-shelled turtle arelower than other three breeds, difference are notable. SFA and MUFA are not notable difference in soft apron; PUFA ofHuanghe River soft-shelled turtle are lower than other, several set, difference is notable,but the others does not have notable difference; the difference of EPA and DHA arenotable in soft apron, and this contents of F1 Huang Jiang are maximal.3. Soft-shelled turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis) were immunized with crudelipopolysaccharide (LPS) extracted from Aeromonas hydrophila. The immune response ofcrude lipopolysaccharide of Aeromonas hydrophila to soft-shelled turtle were investigatedby examing the agglutinating antibody titers of serum, the phagocytic activity andbactericidal activity of phagocytes in the blood and head kidney, and by challenging withlive A. hydrophila. The experimental results showed that the agglutinating antibody titersof immunized soft-shelled turtle were higher than the control group, and the phagocyticactivity and bactericidal activity of phagocytes in the blood and head kidney ofsoft-shelled turtle was significantly boosted and had a high level immune response. Thecrude LPS of Aeromonas hydrophila were strengthen their resistance to A. hydrophila.
