This study uses the SSR molecular markers to construct the enetic linkage map throughJi Dou12and Heidou of F6population, using composite interval mapping method (CIM)quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for fatty acid content and agronomic traits through the differentyears and the environment were analyzed, and using Mixed-model-based Composite IntervalMapping (MCIM), quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for five kinds of fatty acids in Hainan andShijiazhuang were conjoint analyzed, find the additive QTL and epistemic QTL andQTL×environment interaction effect about soybean fatty acids. It will play a guidingsignificance in molecular marker assisted breeding.1.The fatty acid content of descendant in RIL population varied greatly, the differenceabout oleic acid between the maximum and the minimum is11.14%in F8population.Average value of five kinds fatty acid content between two parents, stearic acid tends to thelow value of parents, oleic acid tends to high value of parents. In the descendant population, the variational range of stearic acid was small, oleic acid and linoleic acid in a large range ofvariation. The difference of five kinds fatty acids was significant in two generations and twoenvironments.Analyse correlatin coefficient between five kinds of fatty acids and other traitesin the same year and five kinds of fatty acids themselves in different years, explain thecorrelatin coefficient bout agronomic traits and fatty acid content through molecule method.2.To the F6population of211lines from the cross of Jidou12×Heidou for thematerials, through the SSR molecular marker technique build a genetic linkage map. And117SSR markers were mapped, included four new mark, complete the blank section on linkage group C1between sat235and satt524, laid the foundation for use of excellent gene. The resulting geneticlinkage map covered1501cM, including21linkage groups.3.A total of16QTLs associated with palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acidand linolenic acid content were detected in two environment of Hainan and Shijiazhuang.Thenumber of QTLs were1、5、3、2and5respectively. The QTLs were located at linkagegroupA2、B2、C2、F、I、L and G, which accounted for5%-15%of the phenotypic variation.Which on LG-B2control Stearic acid QTLSte-1could be identified in differentenvironments, accounted for12%of the phenotypic variance, account for the site stabilized in this population; The QTLSte-2and QTLSte-4on LG-C2control stearic acid was detected nearthe mark of satt286in different environments, can explain11%and14%;The QTLLen-5onLG-G control linolenic acid was detected near the mark of satt612in F4, can explain15%and20%of the phenotypic variancere spectively. There are four sites consistent with reported, theQTLSte-3on LG-B2control stearic acid shorten1.13cM compared with the reported.4.Five kinds of fatty acid content of soybean in two different environments was analysedby mixed linear model approach.13QTLs with additive effect for fatty acid content weredetected.one of them on LG-I between satt049-sat418contral linoleic acid was not effectedby environment interaction and the others were all effected. The QTLs of additive effect forfatty acid content accounted for3.8%-15.4%of the phenotypic variation and the heredityvalue of effected by environment were0.05%-0.89%,less than additive effect. Two pairs ofQTL with epistemic effects for Palmitic acid and two pairs of QTL for linoleic acid weredetected.which between sat133-satt663and between satt358-satt445control palmitic acidswas not effected by environment interaction. There existed interaction between the remaining3QTLs and environment.
