Along with a rapid development of the industry of planting oil camellia, the matching technology of oil camellia industry gets an unprecedented attention and development. The research of the machine to picking oil camellia has a important significance on the development of the matching technology of the oil camellia industry, realizing the transformation of the picking and collecting for fruits of the Oil-tea from the type of labor intensive industry to technology-intensive industry, reduce the economic loss of oil camellia fruit and working strength, improve the working environment and the earnings of the farmers who grow oil camellia.The thesis consults many of domestic and foreign relevant picking machine and excavator hydraulic system research material, according to the job requirement of the oil-camellia fruit picking machine, design the hydraulic system of the machine, and reveal the typical structure of hydraulic system from the essence, get the typical physical structure of the hydraulic system, and then according to flow continuity principle and force balance principle get them flow continuity equations and force balance equations, and simply treat them according to the actual situation and necessary. Based on this, use tool box of Matlab/Simulink set up each elements simulation models, then get the hydraulic system dynamic simulation model based on the pressure and flow relationship between the elements. Finally, according to the actual process of the machine summed up three typical working conditions, and get them simulation model respectively.According to hydraulic components technical parameters through proper calculation get the simulation parameters in the simulation models. Through experiments and actual going, planning the loads of the execution elements of each loop, get them load signal in the simulation models. Take the simulation parameters into models and simulate, get the dynamic simulation results of the hydraulic system of the oil-camellia fruit picking machine, and analyses the results preliminary, demonstrate the hydraulic system of the machine rationality.
