Camellia oleifera is the main woody edible oil tree species in the south of China,camellia oleifera fruit has a very high economic value.Picking operation is an important link of camellia oleifera fruit production,but camellia oleifera fruit picking in our country completely depends on manual picking,high labor intensity,low efficiency,time-consuming and laborious,which increased the cost of production.Studying on camellia oleifera fruit picking machine is the urgent needs of the rapid development of camellia oleifera industry.In order to achieve mechanization and automation of camellia oleifera fruit harvesting,it is necessary to develop an efficient intelligent camellia oleifera fruit picking machine.Based on the research status at home and abroad of harvest machinery,the investigation of camellia planting conditions in Hunan area,and the analysis of picking characteristics of camellia oleifera fruit,this thesis analyzed and studied the most effective mechanical picking way——vibratory picking technology,which has the easiest conditions of realization of the fruits removal.It laid the foundation for the development of camellia oleifera fruit picking machine.(1)The vibratory camellia oleifera fruit picking system model was simplified,the picking machine-camellia oleifera tree of two-degree of freedom dynamic model was established,dynamic response characteristics of the system with two degrees of freedom was studied by numerical calculation method and simulation by ADAMS software.(2)Based on measurement and simplifying,the morphology and structure of camellia oleifera tree was analyzed.Based on the fractal method,the trunk-lateral branch characteristic of camellia oleifera tree was described by recursive algorithm.And then,the trunk-lateral branch three-dimensional entity model of camellia oleifera tree was established by Pro/E software.(3)Based on the finite element method,used the ANSYS Workbench software to carry out the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis for the finite element model of trunk-lateral branch of camellia oleifera tree,the steady state response of the structure under harmonic load was studied.(4)Multibody system combined with finite element analysis,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of picking machine virtual prototype and camellia oleifera tree was established.The method of modal neutral file generation,and the connection method of flexible body were studied.The dynamic response characteristics of the picking system were analyzed.
