There are rich germplasm resources of bean in China. In this experiment,15bean germplasm resources, facilities, open to growth, the environment of the same species in different environments and different varieties of the same indicators are different. As a result, the use of morphological markers, physiological markers, RAPD molecular markers cluster analysis of47bean germplasm resources to select parents for crossing;100mg/L,150mg/L,200mg/L,250mg/L,300mg/L concentrations of ethephon solution early on two common bean varieties, the second leaf is appear,the third leaf is appear, the fouth leaf is appear, three periods were emasculation processing to identify the best combination of spraying stage and applying consistency of chemical emasculation, in order to improve the rate of kidney bean hybrid foundation.This passage provides a theoretical reference for the common bean breeding from varieties comparison, the analysis of relationship, chemical emasculation.15common bean germplasm resources were planted in the facilities and the open field, according to their yield, quality, pod characters comparisons between species in different environments, to identify the most suitable for the facilities growth of kidney bean varieties are Taikongjiangjun and Zaoyoudouwang, the most suitable for the open growth of varieties is Yuanfeng907and Jifengyou bean. Four bean are not only high yield but aslo excellent quality. Compare the kidney best bean with others in the same environment, the features of facilities for the growth of kidney bean germplasm:the large leaf area (leaf length:11.49-12.9cm; leaf wide:9.7-12.2cm), lower leaf MDA content (0.01-0.02umol/g), lower sugar content of leaf (0.054-0.088%), lower protein content of leaf (5.649-8.768mg/g). Bean germplasm resources for the growth of the open field has the following characteristics:small leaf area (leaf length:10.2-11cm; leaf width:6.7-8.2cm), short petiole (7.6-8.2cm), lower leaf MDA content (0.021-0.032umol/g). And the same environment, the obvious difference of indicators of different common bean varie ties, the same kidney bean varieties under different environmental conditions, the index still exists a certain gap.By use of morphological markers, physiological markers, molecular markers cluster analysis of47common bean germplasm resources for genetic relationship,47common bean germplasm resources are clustered into3groups by morphological markers,17varieties in group I:YJ009738, YJ009737, YJ009730YJ009732, YJ009725YJ001394, YJ003651, Holland Zaokkuaidou, Baiyunfeng Dayoudou, Zao Youdou, YJ003652, YJ003653YJ001396, YJ001395, YJ001393, YJ001392, Hacaidou6;24varieties in groups â…¡:the YJ003650, Aishengbayuelv, Wuchang Dayoudou, Jiaquedan, Hayoul, Taikongjiangjun, Yikesong, Jinong Youdou1,Yiliwang, Hushan, Shuaixiu, Yuanfeng907, Gaochan Youdouwang, Yushu Youdou, Jiangdongkuan,Chaoji Youdouwang, Jiangjunyidianhong,21-1-3, Jiuyueqingxiao Youdou, Youdouwang,Di Youdouwang, Chunqiulv, Huangjingou, Jifeng Youdou;6varieties in group III:Jiangyuan Youdou, the Jinong Youdou Jidou, Bayuelv, Wanji, Jiangjun. Varieties sources and physiological clustering results are not directly linked to pod Vc content of the main factors affecting the clustering results, and other protein content and sugar content of weak influence on the results. Clustering results and the varieties sources are not directly related with the genes of the germplasm itself.Through the analysis of the three markers tested materials, YJ009738,YJ003651,YJ003652,YJ001392,YJ003653are both in group â… , Jiaquedan,Chaoji Youdouwang are both in groups â…¡,show that the three marker methods is both connections and differences. According to cluster analysis to identify genetic differences large and excellent quality bean germplasm resources, in order to provide a refere nce for the cultivation of seed screening excellent parents.This study is an emasculation test on Jiangjunyidianhong and Jifeng Youdou by ethephon.It will deal with I-KI staining of pollen staining, observed under a microscope, pollen viability analysis showed that the two materials inpresent, the third leaf is appear, the spray concentration of250mg/L ethephon solution pollen viability was lower, and the pistil color, filigree patterns are not affected and normal pistil fertility performance, emasculation best. However, pollen viability is still high, so ethephon common bean, as alternative methods is not feasible should be used in other chemical castration agent.
