This article according to the temperature data of5-9month at the location of Changchun, Songyuan, Yanji from1961to2010and the rice yield data at these3locations, calculated the existing three kinds of chilling injury determination index. Analyzed the heat condition variation trend in crop growth season from1961to2010. The relationship between the yield of rice and the heat condition, the rice chilling injury occurrence trend and periodic variation, as well as studied the relationship between rice yield reduction rate and low temperature. The main rsults were summarized as follow:(1) The analysis of crop growth season heat resource indicated, the heat resource sorted by size is Songyuan> Changchun> Yanji, and Yanji belongs to the heat resources lacked areas. heat condition variation trend of Changchun and Songyuan is similar, the year when the maximum and minimum value of the crop growth season heat condition appeared in50years is exactly the same.(2)the relative meteorological yield variation trend of Changchun, Songyuan and Yanji three districts from1963to2008is:the relative meteorological yield fluctuation period of Changchun and Songyuan is1970s, relative meteorological yield of Songyuan in1991greatly fluctuated. the relative meteorological yield fluctuation apparently period mainly in1980s,1990s and at the beginning of the21st century between1963and2008in Yanji area, the fluctuation in1960s and1970s is not apparently.(3)50years heat condition variation trend characteristic time scales in Changchun station from1961to2010indicated, from an overall perspective, the heat condition variation from May to September exists a periodic variation rule in the12-32a,5a. at the scale of12~32a years exist1QPO, and at scale of the5a exists5QPOs. While50years heat condition variation in Songyuan from1961to2010, at the scale of10~32a,3a exists a periodic variation rule.At the scale of10~32a of s exist1QPO, and atthe3a scale exists3QPOs. The heat conditions variation trend in Yanji station from1960to2010, at the scales of9~32a,3-10a and3a existing periodic variation rule. At the scale of12~32a exist1QPO, at the change scale of3~10a exists1QPO, and at the scale of3a exists3QPOs.(4)Synthesized3methods to judgment result of chilling years of Changchun, the year of general occurred in Changchun:1969,1971,1972,1976,1986and1992, the year of the severe cold damage occured:1969,1972and1976. years of general cold damage occurred in Songyuan:1964,1969,1971,1972,1976,1983and1987, the year of severe cold damages occurred:1969and1972. The judgment result of the year of cold damage in the Yanji station occurred is:the year when the general cold damage occurred included1966,1969,1971,1972,1974,1983,1986and1993, three kinds of methods to the severe cold damage judgment failed to achieve the same level. The general cold damage occurred7times in Songyuan.Yanji occurred11times, Changchun occurred9times, the cold damage occurred on a declined trend in the three areas.(5) from1961to2010, three the severe cold damage occurred3times in Changchun, Songyuan and Yanji, the cold damage cold occurred in Changchun and Songyuan in the same year, as in1969,1972and1976;the cold damage occurred in Yanji in the year of1969,1986and1993. severe cold damage never occurred in Changchun and Songyuan after1980s. The severe cold injury occurred1time in Yanji in the1990s. The severe cold damage occurred on a declined trend, The probability is decreased too.(6) The period of general cold damage occurred in Changchun is25a, the period of general cold damage occurred in Songyuan is27a, the period of general cold damage occurred in Yanji is23a. Through analyzing the yield reduction rate and the year of cold damage occurued, the results showed the average yield reduction rate in the year of general cold damage occurred is7.6%, in the year of Severe damage reduction rate is49.7% in Changchun; the average yield reduction rate in the year of general cold damage occurred is6.6%, in the year of Severe damage reduction rate is41.7%in Songyuan; the average yield reduction rate in the year of general cold damage occurred is23.9%, in the year of Severe damage reduction rate is52.2%in Yanji. The mutation of cold damage has not occurred in these3areas.
