According to different using function, Changchun City Green land is divided into Park green land and square green land, school green land, and residential green land,four kind of function area. Each kind of function area was respectively selected5a sampling area; according to different vegetation type, each sampling area is divided into Arbor, shrubs, and grassland, and flower,four kind vegetation, each species vegetation type was selected10a sampling points, totally800sampling points.Through different green space comprehensive character analysis, to find out the factors that change soil physical and chemical properties, and what influence the normal growth of vegetation; and to put forward a suitable soil structure system for changchun city plant, as well as the management and improvement program. Through the analysis of the soil sample, the results show that:Bulk density performance of different function areas of urban green soil is:square> campus> residential area> park, soil moisture content performance is:park> campus> residential area> square, soil porosity performance is: park> square> campus> residential area, the soil pH value performance is:square> park> residential area> campus, soil conductivity size performance is:square> park> residential area> campus, content of soil organic matter performance is:park> campus> square> residential area, the soil humus content performance is:park> campus> residential area> square, soil total nitrogen in performance is:park> campus> square> residential area, the soil total phosphorus performance is:residential area>campus> square> park, soil bacteria content performance is:park> residential area> campus> square, fungi content performance is:park> campus> square> residential area, Actinomyces content performance is: square> campus> park> residential area.Soil bulk density performance of different vegetation types is:grassland> flowers> shrubs> trees, and soil water content for performance is:flowers> grass> tree> shrubs, soil porosity performance is: flowers> shrubs> tree> grass, soil pH value performance is:grassland> trees> flower> bush, soil conductivity performance:trees> flowers> shrub> grassland, content of soil organic matter:trees> flowers> shrub> grassland, soil humus content for performance is:trees> grassland> flowers> shrubs, soil total nitrogen for performance is:trees> flowers> shrub> grassland, soil total phosphorus performance is:trees> flowers> shrub> grassland, soil bacteria content performance is:trees> shrub> grassland> flowers; Fungi content performance is:trees> shrub> grassland> flowers; Actinobacteria content performance is:shrubs> grassland> flowers> trees.Soil water content, moisture holding capacity, water supply ability and porosity of soil are in negative correlation with soil bulk density. The reason for this is that the urban soil is rich in foreign material from human trample, mechanical rolling affect is serious, leading to soil physical structure change. Changchun city green land soil pH generally show neuter and part of the park’s and campus’s show acid. The soil electrical conductivity is high, the reasons is associated with the release of alkaline soil ion and the relevant human intervention. Soil humus is in the positive correlation with soil organic matter, for the performance shows part of the area is rich, parts are lack of; Soil total nitrogen content distribution rule is not obvious, part of the area below the natural soil; Soil total phosphorus content is high, appearing enrichment phenomenon and its causes is relevant to vegetation types,vegetation richness and human interference. The highest content of soil bacteria in Changchun city green land accountes for64.66%of the total bacteria quantity, actinomyces content is the second, about35.02%, the lowest fungi content is about0.32%. Soil microorganism quantity and distribution changes for season matter, soil and vegetation type, soil physical structure, soil chemical properties and nutrient content, they are mutually related and restricted. Besides, serious human interference also causes serious influence on the soil microbial growth metabolism.
