With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the urban water shortage is particularly outstanding. At the same time in the shortage of water resources, water resources waste and pollution is very serious phenomenon, in order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, the recycled water in a certain range use, which provides a new source of economical and reliable, and can save quality of drinking water. The recycled water as a choice of irrigation water, has been used in the dry and northern regions, agricultural irrigation is recycled water recycle the main way. JI Lin province is China’s corn grain, summer drought is often lead to the corn underproduction, that is one of the main reasons why. Urban sewage reuse is the effective way that can increase income and decrease expenditure, reduce water pollution degree, improve the environment, and solve the problem of city water shortage. The recycled water has water source, fertilizer nutrient sources, pollution source, the three kind of attribute decided the recycled water irrigation has view both ecological effect. The recycled water still can be seen as a grey system, in the short term irrigation conditions, such as the soil adsorption, plants absorb and microbial degradation effects can make people disregard the slightly polluted with characteristics of water into the soil regeneration, long-term after could cause environmental and ecological effects, and the long-term and not a reasonable irrigation to the influence of soil and the influence of the crop is not clear, may cause the deterioration of ecological environment and destruction. This study in connection with corn production mode, soil and reclaimed water quality characteristics of JI Lin province, to simulate long-term regeneration water irrigation conditions, used the combining method of soil cultivation and potted plants, the study on soil and crop may lead to maximize the potential risks, we should give full play to the advantages of renewable water, avoid the harm..The results show that:the climate conditions in LI Jin province and soil conditions, from the soil physical and chemical factor, biological activities, genetic toxicity and corn seedling quality, seedling resistance and so on analysis. Do research on the influence of black-corn system use different irrigation mode. Neither short term nor long term is no significant influence on pH after reclaimed water irrigation. Soil EC value were significantly higher than that irrigation group of water, along with the extension of irrigation fixed number of year, year by year shows a significantly higher trend; The recycled water irrigation increase soil organic matter, total nitrogen and phosphorus efficient, the content of short-term reclaimed water irrigation has increase obvious, and its content increased irrigation more gently after long irrigation;Short-term reclaimed water irrigation improve the soil enzyme activity, long-term irrigation is slightly reduced, but no significant effect; Short-term irrigation increase the number of microorganisms, especially the bacteria, fungus and actinomyces have no obvious influence; The test results show that short-term reclaimed water irrigation on the soil will not produce genetic toxic, but long not reasonable irrigation may will produce some hereditary toxicity; The recycled water irrigation of the soil after the corn seedling has no significant effect on high; After short-term irrigation seedling chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar content all have certain enhancement, promote the growth, but after long-term irrigation different degree began to drop, play a inhibition, but it is not clear how much influence on later growth; The recycled water short-term irrigation can to a certain extent stimulate the resistance of the seedlings, but it has very obvious influence on corn seedling root after long irrigation, the performance for the MDA content are significantly increased, oxidation resistance significantly weakened, and stem and leaf to the sensitivity of the adversity as root, so it can determine the young root MDA and oxidation resistance as the renewable water irrigation risk control of biological markers.Ask for always, short-term reclaimed water irrigation feasible, enhance the soil fertility, providing rich nutrition elements to promote its growth for seedling, and at the same time, we can reduce the fertilizer. But the long-term renewable water irrigation produced the greatest risk may bring some of the effects, but it is not clear how the influence degree, the existence of potential ecological risks, and therefore need a reasonable planning and design for safety irrigation.
