Barley yellow Mosaic is one of the most important diseases of Eurasian winter barley. The disease is caused by barley yellow Mosaic virus (BaYMV) and the barley mild Mosaic virus (BaMMV) and spread through the soil spread fungus-polymyxa graminis. Breeding and using resistant varieties is the effective way to prevent the disease harm. Extensively collected96of barley natural from different sources were used in this study for research materials and were used for the differences analysis of yellow Mosaic disease index and resistant identification. Resistance of material differences of different periods and comprehensive resistance were analysed and the resistance of clustering analysis of material was done. Screening of barley yellow Mosaic resistance and good material is used for breeding. The group was further used to study the genetic diversity by using107SSR markers covering the whole barley genome. Association analysis of marker polymorphism and yellow Mosaic disease index was also conducted. The results were showed as follows.(1) Four periods disease index that underlie anova were found having significant difference among varieties. The group was divided into four levels by resistance identification. That the four levels were high resistant varieties, moderate resistant varieties, moderate severity varieties, high severity varieties and respectively21,14,11,14. The proportion of group respectively was35.0%、23.3%、18.4%、23.3%.60were stable relatively resistant varieties totally. The rest of the36varieties of resistance slightly fluctuation in different period to barley yellow Mosaic.(2)107pairs of SSR primer were detected to have polymorphism and470loci were measured totally from100~570bp. Each primer could detect2~10loci with4.4loci in the average. Eliminate partial allele loci and319loci had polymorphism which occupied67.8%. The polymorphism information content among the primers got the highest PIC0.75and the lowest0.04, with the average0.42among the107pairs. Clustering analysis showed that the range of between genetic similarity coefficient (GS) located in between0.5480-0.9195and average genetic distance was0.7009. Among them42of the winter barley varieties from different areas in China and introduced from Japan and another2varieties introduced from USA were clustered into the same sub-class.45varieties introduced from USA and2varieties of domestic were clustered into the same sub-class. The other5varieties were gathered into4classes (sub-classes).(3) Association analysis of marker polymorphism and yellow Mosaic disease index showed that Detected12marks associated with yellow Mosaic.4survey periods Related marks respectively was5,8,3,4. Chromosome of1,2,6related more associated marks and chromosome of3,6,7related less associated marks. One mark GBM1121was detected could control yellow Mosaic significantly.
