The first experiment:This peperiment was mainly researched in the effect of allicin on rumen metabolism of kazakh sheep.In this experiment,four male Kazakh sheep (Xinjiang type) fitted with permanent fistula in the rumen were used in this experiment.They are all health and in similar age.The resule of experimental period would be compared with control period.Add25%allicin dry powder1.8g/day in the fodder of each sheep.Collect rumen gastric juice in-20℃temperature,and the methane gas was analysed intraday.The result of the first experiment indicated that pH of gastric juice was increased observably(P<0.05)in experiment period.But there is no observably difference in NH3-N,MCP,methane VFA,rumen liquor volume,remen liquor dilution rate,and remen liquor turnover rate between this two period (P>0.05).The conliusoin of the first experiment is that allicin can affect the speed of carbohydrate fermenging and increase pH of the gastric juice.Allicin can’t affect remen fermenging.The second experiment:This experiment was mainly researched in the effect of allicin on serum biochemical indicators of Kazakh sheep. The second experiment show that allicin can increase GLB significantly in35%(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in TP and ALB(P>0.05).It can make GOT and GPT increase in74%and59%(P<0.05),but it can not change BUN observably.On the other way,it can decrease MDA significantly in26%(P<0.05).It can also increase T-AOC in12%(P<0.05) significantly.But there is no observably difference in SOD、GLU,NEFA,TG,ALP between experiment period and control period.The reselt of the second experiment is that allicin can heighten the level of GOP,GTP,GLB and reduce the level of MDA.As a result,immunity ability,protein metabolizing ability and antioxidant ability all be increased obvreously.But there in no obvious effect of energy metabolize.The third experiment:This erperiment was mainly researched in the effect of allicin on production performance include quantity of production,quality of milk and somatic cell counts of Holstein cows.In this experiment,60Health Holstein cows with similar milk yield,similar avoirdupois,closer parity were used in this experiment.They were disported in two groups.This experiment include3period with30days. Add allicin in the fodder of cows in experimentalist in0.08%.The third experiment shows several differences between this two periods.Allicin can increase quantity of production in0.93kg and Milk fat percentage in0.06%(P>0.05).There is no significant difference in lactose percentage (P>0.05).It can improve protein ratio in60th day and non-fat solid in90th day.It can reduce SCC significantly.In30th day,SCC was lower than0th day in8.57thousand per1ml.The result of the third experiment shows that allicin can improve production performance of holstein cows in a certain extent.The effect is the best in30th day.Allicin can improve health of cowes observably,and make SCC answer for organic milk.
