Soil is not only the productive foundation and life material foundation that people treat itas the most fundamental factor, but also one of the earliest productive material that peopledeveloped and used in the history, furthermore,it is the fundamental means of production andthe object of agricultural work,at the same time,it is the living conditioan and productingcondition that makes people multiply generation by generation. It may said that soil is the “lifeline” of people.Black soil region in northeast of China is known as “grain storehouse”,is oneof the three biggest black soil region in the world, and it is also the most important commoditygrain foundation in China. But with natural erosion and excessive artificial reclamation foryears, the black soil shows a terrible degradation, soil and water loss becomes more and moreserious, the unbalance of soil fertility declines black siol’s productivity.in some places, fertileblack soil has mostly elapsed out, became barren land and limited the grouth ofproductivity. So the treatment of northeast black soil in China, has relation to people’s livingand the most impotant factor of sustainable development of economy in this region. In this paper, with the support of GIS technology, applying model CSLE(Chinese SoilLoss Equation),use slope data, land use data, vegetation coverage and precipitation,to reckonthe modulus, furthermore, make some modify on the original equation. In order to ensure theaccuracy of result of indoor-interpretation,I also have a field survey, evaluating the soil erosionsituation of the studied section, the result can make contribution to controlling soil losspertinently and reducing sand in rivers and improving、recovering the fertility of black soil. After reckon the module of soil erosion in Ke Shan of Hei Longjiang Province, the resultsshowed as follows:the totol erosion area in Gu Cheng watershed in Ke Shan is about328.52km2, in studied section micro-degree、mild-degree are the chief the water erosionintensify, they account for about90.42%of the total area,mid-degree minors then, the area ofstrength-degree、extremely strength and severe-degree declines one by one, they account forless than2%of the tatal area. The total annual erosion module is136135.72t, micro-degree、mild-degree are the chief the water erosion intensify, mild-degree and mid-degree are thechief the water erosion module, the erosion modules of micro-degree and severe-degree arealmostly the same,so is the extremely strength and severe-degree.With the results mentioned above,we can know the situatioin of soil erosion in thesection, then improve the maintenance of ecological security and grain production safety, andmake advocation to the recovery and restruction of ecological environment and to the landsustainable use, also provides the basis for the strategy of scientific development andsustainable development in this section. So,the study in this paper has a great scientificsignificance and application value.
