| Using the way of threshing with formula is an effective way to improve the usability of tobacco, under the premise of not affecting the quality of cigarettes. This study determined the formulation of the lobular group of tobacco in threshing and redrying in Qujing, through analysis on the quality of the acquisition of tobacco from base of raw Material in Qujing and the changed of quality between before and after threshing and redrying. It provide the basis to ensure the quality and stability of cigarette product, for the formation of cigarette quadratic formula and tobacco substitute in industrial enterprises. Here is the main result:1, Tobacco of all different growing areas in Qujing exist the situation that the color deepen gradually, the structure changed from loose to close, the identity changed from thin to thick, with the tobacco parts move up; the development, oil content, elasticity, chroma of tobacco in high rank and relatively high rank are obvious better than the tobacco in low rank. There are significant differences on conventional chemical composition and smoking quality of various tobacco-growing areas in Qujing(P<0.01). Among it, the tobacco of the Malongjiu County and Nazhang of Malong County has better smoking aroma quality, adequate concentration of aroma, good smoking, little offensive odor; but the tobacco of Banqiao of Luoping County has worse smoking aroma quality, inadequate concentration of aroma, bad smoking, more offensive odor, remained savor. There are obvious differences among the various breeds. The middle parts of the tobacco leaf in Zhuyuan of Fuyuan County which has adequate concentration of aroma, good smoking, little offensive odor, high consistency, is better evaluation of sensory quality tobacco.2, The study used the way of separating breeds first, which grouped the tobacco to the same species on the basis of HTJ value, secondly dividing the various production areas in Qujing to13modules on the main basis of the quality of sensory taste. Through comparative analysis on conventional chemical composition and smoking quality of various modules of the tobacco between pre and after threshing and redrying, it shows that the module tobacco which is after threshing and redrying has little change in the two sides of the smoking aroma quality and the strength of flue gas, but it has obvious change in the concentration of flue gas, the degree of irritation and sweetness. Moreover, technological parameter of threshing and redrying has great effect on the sensory quality of the module after redrying. Therefore, technological parameter of threshing and redrying need appropriate readjustment on basis of the tobacco quality.3, The results showed that the main chemical indicators what impact on smoking and sensory quality of tobacco in Qujing are total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine and total nitrogen. With the results, total sugar and reducing sugar has significant positive correlation with aroma quality, but it has significant negative correlation with the concentration and strength; total nitrogen and nicotine has high significant positive correlation with concentration and strength, has significant negative correlation with the irritating; sugar to nicotine ratio and HJT value has high significant negative correlation with the concentration and strength. The results further explained that the tobacco of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine and total nitrogen has strong effect on smoking aroma quality, concentration of flue gas and strength, to coordinate the content of sugar and nitrogen-containing compounds in tobacco. It can effectively improve the sensory and smoking quality of the tobacco. |
